Blue star called me and gave me a quote for $360, he explained that most businesses use the camera recalibration as an excuse to up charge and that he wouldn't be disconnecting any wires when replacing my windshield. I was a bit skeptical at first, I was worried I would have to go get my camera recalibrated. (I have a 2022 Honda Accord). It's been 2 and a half weeks since I had it replaced and I've had no issues, camera still works just as good! Really Terrible…read more Quality of materials seems good, but install was definitely not. Waited the requested 5 days before using my windows. Passenger window trim was not reinstalled correctly and but a gash in the tint. When calling to get this repaired was told I'd have to wait for an opening in their schedule - you're kidding me. Needed my vehicle to travel to a funeral. Stopped at the shop and one of the guys was able to fix the trim and I would have to return to fix the tint. Again, called for an appointment and had to wait several days. When the tint was replaced, there were air bubbles. They said to wait a week and they would go away. Four months later, they are still there. It is just not worth it to wait on appointment for them to mess up my tinting again. Lousy customer service, lousy install, never, ever will use them again.
