Great job it's super clean as well and the dining room was clean. We did see two other workers as well! Other people were eating in there who were polite! Just a great experience! We've lived here for a couple years and never realized it was there!

The only thing that was obviously cooked fresh from the fryer were the jalapeno poppers.. I don't review many chains (though I have reviewed a few specific locations that I really like or…read morereally dislike), but I wanted to review this location due to their fantastic customer service. My office orders from them every few weeks or so. We've been ordering from this location for years, and we really don't have problems with orders very often. It's pretty rare that they make an order incorrectly. The time that impressed me that most was when they weren't terribly busy (it was 6 months ago or so) and as our Admin. Assistant was giving them the order, someone was making the food at the same time. They delivered it really fast that day-within about 15 minutes of when she first called. They're rarely later than their estimated time, and mostly they're just early. They label things correctly so that nobody gets confused, which is a plus. Often you have to open the entire sandwich at some places in order to know what it is. We have 12 ladies in our office, and while there usually aren't that many ordering sandwiches (the docs aren't around to order usually), there are always more than 5. They get props for taking big orders from us and rarely messing up.

The Saroki sauce as well as the hot honey sauce are both great. They've got a deal for a large pizza and 6 wings for $20, which I think is pretty decent value in this day and age.

I didn't know what to expect as this was my first time trying Taystee's Burgers, and I don't eat…read moreburgers very often. The burgers at the St. Claire Shores location exceeded my expectations. The restaurant shares a location with a Mobil Gas Station on 9 Mile and Jefferson. The store looks clean, and I was greeted by staff when I entered. I tried the Taystee Special burger, which comes with a large, runny fried egg. The meat patty is large and juicy, and the brioche bun is soft and puffy. The curly fries were fine but could be crispier. There is also the option to build your own burger, which I may try the next time I visit. The prices are a little high but not bad for the quality of the burger served. The only annoying part was that I tried to put in my phone number for rewards points but it didn't work so I didn't get any points for my visit. I signed up for rewards after paying and got a coupon for $5 off that expired the next day so I didn't get a chance to use it.

I placed my order over the phone, and since it was my first time, there was a little miscommunication while trying to understand the "build your burger" process. I think there was some confusion between myself and the person who took my order, so my burger ended up being more plain than I would have liked. The location is inside a gas station, but it has its own area for takeout with a small seating section. Everything was seasoned well, and the staff was friendly when I picked up my order. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'll definitely be back. Next time I'll have a better idea of how to build my burger just the way I like it.

If the kitchen stops accepting orders at 10:45 PM, why isn't that information clearly communicated or reflected in your business hours? It's extremely frustrating and inconvenient for customers to make the trip based on your advertised hours, only to be turned away before closing time.
