Called them and found out I wasn't on the schedule and there was nothing they could do except schedule a new appt sometime in the future. Simplified Construction was nonresponsive for any remediation. Simplified Construction was taken to the Oregon Contractor's construction board for remediation was was found guilty. Simplified Construction defaulted on the above agreement. Simplified Construction was taken to small claims court and was found guilty. As of this date, Simplified Constructions license is being suspended by the construction board. FOR YOUR OWN SAFETY, STAY AS FAR AWAY AS YOU CAN FROM SIMPLIFIED CONSTRUCTION. Hiring someone from outside of Home Depot would give you better results...

I had no idea about the products. We are looking for UV blocking, privacy and style. Kathy showed me several options, explained what was involved as far as mechanical operations of blinds or rollers. She was helpful in choosing product and color. Once rough measurements and selection of product is made she will be able to give me a rough estimate. Liggett's will do final measurements, remove and install. So far so good. I will follow up when job is complete.
