Mower wouldn't hold a start and eventually wouldn't start. Was told mower was fixed, ran for an hour with no problems. Lies! Tested mower after return, same problem. Did additional detective work on my own. Issue was old gas. Removed the old gas, poured in new gas, problem solved. Mower runs great! Could have saved time and money, lesson learned. Customer service is awful. Disrespectful to customers, making assumptions prior to listening to the customer and not asking questions for further details.

They probably can't eff up the construction equipment line too bad since there isn't a lot of dealer installation work to do...but the field assembly required for the tractor line is different story and, from my experience, is too complicated for the techs at this dealer to handle. The problems consisted of them being unable to get my Swift-tach loader mechanism to function correctly. They had two attempts to do so, but failed to get it working. They took three stabs at getting the tire ballast filled as they should be and delivered the machine without any instruction (which would have flagged the loader issues up front), they installed the canopy incorrectly and failed to address (so I fixed). There are many more items, some nitpicky like they failed to grease three joints on the loader arms to falling to install the rear conical seat wheel nuts with the conical face of the nut engaging the wheel. Pretty much boils down to an unprofessional and under-competent shop...these are things an entry level tech can easily mess up, but a good shop foreman would catch and teach the tech. That is clearly not what happens here - it's evident that they don't care about their work, they just want the sale and to move on. They have been non responsive to me in settling this and refunding some of the money I paid for them to do the install work that they either failed to do or did an incompetent job at requiring me to fix. Further, they did not complete the Kubota required delivery checklist and sign off with me. The purchase was six months ago, I love my B2601, but dealing with this dealership has definitely been a huge black mark on Kubota's reputation with me. Now that I'm six months on, I plan to write to Kubota HQ in Texas to let them know of the ordeal I went through (along with the many other things that Kitsap Kubota effed up). I'm also contemplating filing against them in small claims court to recoup part of the $3,600 I paid for the field install work they failed to execute correctly. The punchline: be wary if you choose to buy here. They talk an okay game, but when the rubber meets the road, your tractor wheels may just fall off...

April, 2024 purchased a new Honda mower for $800+. Started it up when got home (hard to start BTW)…read moreand it smoked real bad. Thought it was just rings needed to be seated. These things come to the dealer shipped with a quart of oil on the side. I now assume dealer put the oil in it as they tested it before bringing it to me. Because we were out of the state for much a year we took it back to SISKUN in May 2025 for a check. They discovered internal engine damage (we only started the mower a maximum of 6 times due to weather and our in-state presence). When working with Honda SISKUN told them it looked like the engine had been run low on oil. We didn't run it enough to run low and when I checked the oil level it was good. But Siskun's statement to Honda caused Honda to refuse support. SISKUN disassembled the engine and returned the parts in a box.

We'll in installing the soft line the tech bent and broke the line next to it so when the guy that went to certify the crane fired up the truck it shot oil 12' in the air. Needless to say we couldn't get the crane certified and have a broken truck but now the business is saying their not responsible and basically if we want to fix their mistake that we would have to Pay them. Well needless to say you've lost a customer and hopefully others will heed this warning. I would suggest taking your repairs to someone that will stand behind their work because we went from one issue to now not even being able to put the crane away. Thanks for nothing...

We have a car wash with high and low pressure hoses strung across 7 bays. When a hose breaks, it can shut down the whole bay or even the entire car wash. These guys are our go-to for hose repair. They have saved our business may times. They are quick, knowledgeable and have a great attitude. They come out any time and aren't expensive. Melanie in the office is a gem. When we required a special hose they don't normally carry, she ubered out the correct hose so that the technician didn't need to go from Seattle to Kent and back. I highly recommend them.
