I called later and the person on the phone said he was suppose to be there and did not know why he never showed. So I made another appointment 10 am to 2 PM. This time he did show up, he said my heating element was bad but it would cost $350 to replace. I told him no thanks I can get a brand new one on black friday for $400 to $500. He told me the way they make dryers now it wont last long and it's going to break so it would be better if I just got the heating element replaced. I still said no, was charged $108 for the "service". And then it gets worse. I was using the dryer previously, even after the element went bad. Just air and tumble dry, no problem. After he "put it back together" it was extremely loud, and you could hear the drum was rubbing very hard on something. I called them to have him come back and fix the dryer that he made worse, made a appointment 10 am to 2 PM. And he never showed up again. I called later and the guy on the phone said he should have been there and had no idea why he didn't show again. I made another appointment 10 am to 12pm with a call 30 minutes before he comes. He calls at 12:21 to be there at 12:51. So I decided I will just fix this issue myself. I work night shift, I wake up at 1:30 pm to start at 3 pm so I kept waking up 3 and a half hours earlier then normal for no one to ever show and no reason why they didn't, twice, and to have it work even worse, and still to be charged $108. If you need a repair person please look up other options, they are very unreliable and I would never trust their work with how they left my machine. It turns out he just set the dryer element case back into drying and never screwed it on so the metal and wires were resting on the drum while it spun, sounds pretty dangerous and perhaps a fire hazard to me. The picture is showing how he left the element in the dryer. Also heating elements online are about $20 with a easy YouTube tutorial. Also if the company reads this, please have employees that go to the houses, shower before work.

While I was frustrated with the initial experience, I appreciate a company that will stand by their service and I feel that's what he's done here. I decided to go with this company based off of reviews, and now I'm questioning how they got so many positive ones. We had their technician out (Iosif) for the initial diagnostics, trusted his opinion on what the issue was and decided to move forward with the repair. Made an appointment with him for the repair, which he no called/no showed for. I called their main line after the appointment time had passed, to be told that we were not even on the schedule. The technician reached out to say that the "part was delayed"... but apparently notifying us before the appointment was too much work. Said he would be out the next day. He came out, "fixed" the fridge (NOT fixed, no change to the fridge AT ALL) and scratched our wood floors! I asked why he didn't protect the floors when pulling the fridge out and he stated that he "has never needed to before" and tried to claim that the *very new* scratches must have been old. We literally incurred damage having this company into our home. I reached out regarding the floor and the fact that our fridge shows no change after spending hundreds with them... They have not responded to email regarding the floor and have completely blown us off regarding the fridge repair. A complete waste of money that actually left us with more to fix! Called out Appliance ER to diagnose the spin issue with my washer. They came out promptly (same…read moreday) determined that the dampers were the issue. Gave me a cost to repair that was well beyond my budget and they fully understood. Would be cheaper to purchase a new machine. But with this knowledge, and quick google search and some YouTube videos I was able to replace these dampers for less than $50 doing it myself. I think Appliance ER's diagnostic fee ($110) added value, and with a little additional work I was able to fix the issue myself.

He was very rough trying to get the lower drawers out of our fridge, Marring the interior of our top of the line Kitchen aid. Not to mention he was much more expensive than another repair we had used this same company for which took much much more time and more parts. we were happy with the care and cost of the previous repair (done by an actual appliance ER employee). Trying to get a fix is like pulling teeth and even when getting insurance information for a claim we are getting incorrect information and "not enough" or not correct information per the insurance company. Several months later I give up and am writing reviews of our bad experience.
