I found myself at the Everett location of Poulsbo RV after an online search for a specific trailer…read moreI was looking to purchase. I worked with Mike Zimmerman, who met me the same day I called and helped me do a thorough evaluation of the trailer I came to see. Making the actual purchase was a fair and easy process - with no pressure. Our discussions about price and terms felt relaxed and comfortable - and they made a lot of adjustments to help it work out for me. Bill, the Manager, generously (and unexpectedly} included some repairs as well as a needed part that was missing at no extra cost to me. They just surprised me when I picked it up! Truly it was one of the best buying experiences I've had at a dealership. After it was detailed and safety checked, my license and forms were all ready to go - so even the paperwork was a breeze. The service crew did a fantastic job of resealing a window gasket as well as making the older trailer I purchased look in top form. Everyone at Everett Poulsbo RV showed genuine customer care, and made sure that everything went well with my purchase - from initial visit through rolling it off the lot! I highly recommend doing business here!

I'd been looking for an early 2000s Northern Lite truck camper for a while now. When I saw the listing on RV Trader and sent an inquiry, Christina and Mandy reached out right away. The right price, the right size--even before seeing photos, I was excited. The only drawback was that it was 647 miles away. If I'd been a little closer, I would have come out to see it in person and bought it the same day! Christina and Evan got me all the pictures and inspection details I needed to be 100 percent sure that when I got up there, I wouldn't have to turn around and go home empty-handed. By July 13th, Evan had it loaded on my truck and me out the door by noon. By the next day, I was enjoying the rainforest by the shores of Lake Quinault and planning a slow trip home down the coast. Couldn't be happier with the whole experience! Whether you're right next door or a couple states away, Maple Grove is a five-star RV dealer you can trust.
