Clean, quiet, efficient, nice staff, great manicure! I really enjoyed my service here. Ana was great! I especially loved that it wasn't too busy even though I went at prime time after work, and all the nail colors are organized in order

All nails, including ones that didn't break yet, lifting at the base.

This is the worst nail salon I've been to in a LONG time. I was so thankful to come in last minute with ANN August 5th at 6:45 pm before going out of town the next day. I got a dip manicure. Some of my nails were filed a little misshapen, but all in all it was a pretty good job and the women were so lovely so I tipped very generously and planned to return! I have been getting dip manicures for at least a year now, and my usual woman was busy. I have never had a set not last 2 weeks at least, usually stretching into 3/3.5 weeks. That's why I get dip vs. no chip. It lasts way longer. When I left TT Nails August 5 at 8:15 pm, even the technician ANN said "see you in 3 weeks!" I have attached some photos. First is 5 days in when the tips started chipping one by one. By 9 days in my nails were completely wrecked as you can see in the picture. I went in today to get them fixed and ANN's first question was "what did you do?" Lady wtf did YOU do?! I've been on vacation & have only worked 2 days. One of my nails broke while I was opening my fridge for god sake. She would only fix the broken ones, even though they all look awful and were lifting causing my hair to get stuck under them. Then I would have half new and short nails & half long and old nails. ANN immediately started arguing with me saying "no one" has ever complained before-- only me-- LOL. No accountability whatsoever. I also perform cosmetic services & if someone was unhappy with something I would do whatever I could to retain their business and fix the issue! It's the right thing to do when you make a mistake. These nail technicians would rather be "right" and have zero concept of customer service. Not to mention the salon was totally dead except for 2 other women....so not like they're overflowing with clients. The owner also came over and started arguing with me stating it was my fault & it's been "two weeks" and maybe I do too many things with my nails. And if I would have called sooner (even though I was out of town on VACATION not making complaint phone calls MY BAD) then they would have fixed them. Just total morons. I just left because there's about 1000 other nail salons in chicago that will happily take my money & my business and do a way better job. Avoid this place because a dip manicure should NOT look like this after a week or even after 10 days...even if you "do a lot of things with your nails" lmao. This place is pure trash, I'm sure it won't last long.

What a nice find! A very relaxing environment and a HUGE selection of nail colors and options. The nail techs were professional, kind and paid keen attention to detail! I will be back when I'm in the neighborhood.

A hand with long, almond-shaped nails featuring a white gel manicure is shown resting near a granite countertop. The nails are smooth and shiny, with a consistent shape and color. The background includes a granite surface, a wooden floor, and some electrical cords and devices, indicating an indoor setting, likely a nail salon or similar environment.

First nail salon I've tried in Chicago and I already won't be back. In fact I wish I could get a refund because I'm not happy at all. I got acrylics done and the whole time the lady doing it was so lazy. 1) Didn't trim my cuticles so the end result looked like I already had grown out the nails for 1.5 weeks. 2) the acrylic was done sloppily and it's thick so I needed to file it on the sides and cuticles later and I'm still unhappy. My fingers are very long and delicate and the nails look too large on my finger tips. 3) when putting on one of the tips I said it's pointed too down and obviously it doesn't look good and the lady insisted repeatedly "it's because my base nail is crooked" and then kept telling me that just as an "fyi." Which is really rude and inaccurate as my fingers are pretty much my best feature and I've gotten acrylics multiple times and never had this issue with my previous nail tech who was great. 4) Because the nails were so lumpy I asked to get them buffed down otherwise it would be even more ridiculous. I noticed her hand was so unsteady and touch was light without certainty. 5) I wanted milky white nails and she just put 3 coats of sheer white color and a smarter nail tech would know to put some kind of base pinky color or at least be using two different colors so not to have streaks. It's unprofessional and seems like basic thought process that's lacking. 6) overall I voiced my concerns politely throughout the appointment and was met with lackluster passivity. I want my $65 back I don't even know why I tipped out of pressure because this experience was a rip off. EDIT: oh yeah also it's been 4 days and my pinky nail started to crack. Meanwhile the tech I used to go to gave me nails that lasted 5 weeks and survived a move for $45. So yeah save your money don't come.

I was in need of my nails to be done along with my daughters and we usually go to Ruby nails but they couldn't see us as walk ins. So I yelped nails salons and TT nails came up and it wasn't far from Ruby nails. So we decided to give them a try. I'm soooooo happy we did!!! They were amazing! The nail tech took her time with me and made sure I was happy with the end result! I wish I would of gotten her name because I would love for her to continue doing my nails. I'm happy to say that I found a new nail place! I won't be going back to Ruby's. Picture: Me and my daughters nails.

I've been here a few times but always forget to leave a review. Went back for my first time since COVID and I'm so glad I did. I was nervous to get a mani/pedi with everything going on but they are being very safe and I will definitely be back. They have plexiglass between each client and between the client and the tech. Every other station is blocked off so you're not right next to someone. Everyone is wearing masks and they clean down everything as soon as clients are done. My pedicure and no-chip mani look amazing and I highly recommend this place!

We each got our nails done and honestly if the experience was like this back home I'd get my nails done way more often! The nail techs were ready for us when we got there even on Christmas Eve Eve. My mom was seated first, then me 3 minutes later then my SIL 2 minutes after me. I'm not chatty at all when I get these services done and I loved the way my tech was on that wave too. Mom and SIL love to talk and were deep in convo with their techs. The manicure itself was thorough - my insolent cuticles were tamed and removed with ease - and the polish job itself was great. I mostly avoid manicures because I chip the polish in 24 hours but here we are 5 days later and my fingers still look like shiny disco balls. Why I would return: -comfortable seating at the nail tables. Sturdy with room for ample bottoms -friendly and efficient service. There is NO NEED to be at a nail salon for hours. We were out in 45 min max including dry time. -welcoming reception. I love seeing my people when I'm out and she was very warm and inviting. So much so when I told people where we went to get our nails done they asked if she was working. -good job on the polish. Clean lines, no smudge, long/lasting. -NO CHEMICAL SMELLS. From a customer side this was nice - I'm sure from an employee side it's even better. -Super clean and modern. Sometimes nail shops can be worn down. It's clear this place is investing in the space - which makes a nicer work environment and experience for all.

Appointments: They are an incredibly busy nail salon, so I highly recommend making an appointment if you're thinking about getting a service done. They do take walk-ins, but you may have to wait. Service: I have now been to You & Co 4 times. Interestingly, I have learned that my experience differs quite a bit depending on the tech I get. The first time I visited was in the summer because I had a gift certificate. Sadly, my first time was not a great experience. I told the tech that I had ingrown toe nails. She did take care of it, but within a day, my toenail was infected, was painful, and had pus coming out. I almost didn't return. Then, when my salon closed, I decided to give You & Co another shot, since they have overwhelmingly positive reviews, and my first experience could have been a fluke. I wish I got the name of my nail tech for this second one because she did such an incredible job. My gel mani and pedicure were meticulously done, and my no-chip lasted for over 3 weeks. The third time, I had a guy, who was also meticulous. However, he recommended no more than 2 coats on my gel manicure. I get the reasoning so that my nails don't look thick, but unfortunately, my nails started chipping in less than a week. My pedicure lasted for over a month though! The last time I went in December, they were really informative in helping me with some fun holiday nails. I opted for the cat eye nail polish, which I loved. What I generally appreciate about You & Co is that they are quick but mostly detail-oriented. If you're busy, this is great.

I called them to let them know and they apologized and told me to come back. They had the same nail tech redo my nails, except I opted in to pay for no chip because I didn't trust the dazzle. They wrote off the $5 up charge which was nice. The tech asked me if I do house work. It hadn't even been 24 hours yet. What does that even matter? Last time I got dazzle they lasted so long. I thought getting the no chip was the move until my nails started chipping on Monday. Less than 3 days later. Come onnnnn!!! I'm super over it, I don't have time to drive the 30 min to re do them again. I'm going on vacation with chipped nails which is annoying as heck! I'm pretty sure it's the techs technique because I've done my nails many times, at one point for a few years straight and never had this issue. Disappointed to say the least! I never had a Russian manicure before but was willing to try it out. She paired me with two technicians. Adele who did the manicure and Jamal who did the artwork. Russian manicures are high quality focusing on cuticle deep cleaning which can extend manicure wear. In fact, all of the work is dry application meaning your nails never get soaked in chemical solution. Total work with the artwork took 4 hours to complete with longer lasting results versus a traditional gel extensions. I kept my manicure over 3 weeks before seeing outgrowth and even then they still looked great! When it came time for removal they used a fine drill bit (no soaking was involved). I left with my natural nail intact with the nail bed feeling healthier than ever. Adele did a great job on my nails. She was gentle, patient and really took the quality of her work seriously. Jamal is a trained nail artist who does a good job with her nail art whether it's freestyle or replicating a design. The facilities are modern and clean with comfortable seating. Their pedicure chairs have customizable massage functions making your session a relaxing experience. I rarely get my nails done. At the most I get them done once or twice a year on special occasions or a vacation. However when I do get them done I go all out. After the amazing service I had here I plan to seek out Ipop Central for any future manicure/pedicure needs. Note: Parking is street side only so plan and schedule accordingly.
