I've been using TSP, a.k.a. T-Shirts Plus for 20 years. They just completed a complex job for us and the work is excellent. I actually asked some other places to do this job and they couldn't do it. But Dennis came through. Five stars all the way. He matched the vinyl transfer to a shimmering silver logo. That super difficult to do. It looks factory finished. The work they do for us is custom and does take some extra lead time, but it's worth the wait. read more

I was shown a variety of thread colors to choose from for my shade to find the best fit, and was shown the phrase I wanted on my graduation cap in a variety of fonts until I chose one I was happy with. To the woman who assisted me, thank you for being so patient with me as I know I can be quite indecisive! These two items are extremely important to me so I'm glad they were done well, and glad I was able to pick it up the next day. Most times we bring our own shirts to have done; however, we have purchased shirts from them also. Warning do not buy from this business. We took a 3XL tall shirt to have a picture printed for a gift. When we picked up the shirt I was given a 2XL regular shirt. The excuse was that the shirt I took was not 100% cotton, a fact I could have been told the day I left the shirt. Now I have a t-shirt with a very nice picture printed on it that cannot be worn because it doesn't fit. You need to take customer information down and communicate if you are going to make changes to orders. Thanks for ruining my gift. read more

I had to get printed t-shirts for a bachelor party. They actually have good prices for custom ordering tshirts. Custom printed tshirts are great for organizations or group events, like a bachelor party. The more shirts you order, then the cheaper it comes out to be per shirt. All you have to do is give them a picture of what you want printed and you pick out what kind of t-shirts you want it to be printed on, in a couple days your order will be ready for pickup. I'll tell you exactly what happens I come in there I got a t-shirt and I got a pair of short they was 9.99 I said they was a little cheaper at the other store I was hoping the guy would maybe knock a dollar off or try to adjust the price on them but he wouldn't even give me the chance he's said rudely maybe you ought to go to the other store very rudely wouldn't even try to help me maybe adjust the price or anything very very rude and I was very upset how rude he was and I left the store. And you should be ashamed of how you act it. That was very unprofessional. and I'm not the only one that was treated like that there are others comment other people treated the same way. So I think you got an attitude problem that needs to be adjusted. I can see why you don't have very much business and your store is so slow. and if I had the chance I would stand out your door and let every customer know how I was treated.
