First I drive 45 mins to this place and when entering was awkward and there was one girl in there that didn't say much of anything to me. I finally talked to the head printer and explained what I wanted and he said to email everything to get a quote. Wish he worked with me there since I drove so long. So i had 2 styles of shirts that printed on really good quality tees (la apparel) and trusted their 5 star history, one style was good but I got a style made with a small center chest print and 98% were totally off and crooked. I reached out an Chadd quickly put in another order and sent an uber to deliver which was great! I opened the box and the first 3-4 shirts looked sweet so I told him they looked great. Unfortunately, After going through the rest they were as bad as the first. Not centered, crooked, some close to the neck and some far and very inconsistent. Mind you I paid about $1,732.53 for the total order. I wasn't expecting any refund but I wish they tried to make things right. I'm a small start up and was hoping they'd throw me a bone. Maybe the printer was rushed? But both times? Na, Will not be using them again. Sorry.

The hats are a sun style with a thick brim. Within an hour, he was able to get the logos pressed and figured out how to get the lettering on the brims. This was something he'd never done before and when it got challenging, he dug in and got the job done. He did all of this while having the best outlook on the project. Also, his price was on point with me expecting more for a rush job. He's awesome and they have great apparel with LBC logos that they produce.
