I got damages on passenger doors(they won't open), and the body fram. Thought my car was total for a while before ... the mini panic mode I was in!! TSK staff Alex and Sergii really help ease the nerve while guide me through the process. Communication was always great with TSK, can always ask them questions and they are always knowledgeable. I found them through other tesla owners online. I am real glad they are in my neighborhood. Gives me comfort knowing there is a place I can turn to when something is up. Because we all know, while we do love our ev, not everyone knows how to deal with its problem, have parts at hand to deal with the problem, and can look good while doing it all. They updated me on the status and when I picked up my car, I was blown away. My car looked better than when I first purchased it. Beautiful! Not only was the repair work excellent, they detailed my car inside and out, took the scratches out of my rims and touched up the paint nicks on my front fender. My car is in pristine condition now. What a gem of a place! My Model S ride has been bouncy for some time. After visiting the Tesla service center multiple times, they stated it's normal. Well guess what, rear shocks were leaking and all of the suspension bushings were torn and worn out. All of the parts were replaced with OEM and my 3rd party warranty XCare covered it. Special shout out to Serg who was super helpful and patient with the warranty process. Even if you're paying out of pocket, their labor rates are lower than Tesla and more importantly, they're capable of diagnosing and resolving issues. My new go to place for Tesla servicing. I had rat damage that Tesla would not repair, but also wouldn't give us any recommendation on how to fix it, they just said we can't do anything until it's cleaned, meanwhile nobody but Tesla can work on a Tesla. Luckily I found this place, they handled everything for less than Tesla service center would cost. And the people are so nice. Cannot recommend TSK highly enough! I messaged the business through Yelp at 9:30pm on a Wed because my Tesla Y was freaking out! Lights flashing intermittently, one side mirror folded in, windows automatically rolled down, screen black and would not start. Scary stuff! I eventually got the screen back on and a BUNCH of alerts popped up. I googled the alerts and figured out it was a 12v battery problem and thankfully was able to start the car. TSK responded to my message at almost 10pm and said I could bring it by the shop tomorrow. Less than 40 min after arriving on site, the job was done.
