My mother got involved in a hit and run while her car was parked... we took it to collision 2000 because our insurance would cover the damages. The allignment was messed up, the wheels were damaged, her front left side was a mess. It took about 2 weeks to repair and the car looked brand new. The team was nice and helped us understand everything. read more

My truck looked like new after they fixed it. Great job. Friendly people and very professional.

OK, so I went there years ago, and this is what made me come back. So I went last week to get an estimate and a man in the back desk seemed so annoyed that I was there. Didn't greet me, I felt very uncomfortable. He told me to fill out a paper. He walked outside. I explained what I wanted and he went back inside and I didn't know and he left me there outside without saying come on in. To the owners of this establishment, i'm sure he knows his stuff, but you have to understand that business businesses want work these days, and I know a lot of your business is through insurance, but people read this and make up their mind if they're going to come to your establishment and be greeted politely, and feel welcome. I went to get another estimate right after visiting you. The estimates were pretty close, guess which one I'm gonna choose. Sorry! Tell the man of the back to be more nice. read more

The team at Collision 2000 are amazing! They helped with a rear bumper replacement and did an awesome job. Josario and Tom were very helpful and the level of support and detail is very noticeable. I would recommend going here for car body work and paint with Collision 2000. read more

On the AAA approved list of businesses, they provide top notch service, great quality, and are reasonably priced. I got 3 additional estimates from other businesses and they gave me the best deal. Everyone was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. They inspected the vehicle with me, detailed the plan, and was completed on schedule, as promised! They even detailed my car before returning it back. It looked brand new! Definitely brighter and whiter lol. I highly recommend! read more

This is the best and most affordable auto body shops in Cerritos and Buena Park. I had a minor car accident where my bumper had cosmetic damages and needed it to be replaced. I searched each and every single body shop in Cerritos and Buena Park area for a quote and by far this is the cheapest one. They tell you what it is and how it costs, it saved nearly $400-800 of unnecessary charges and fees like what other collision centers do (I'm talking about Caliber Collision, Crash Empire, Cerritos Collision, etc) Choose this if you want to save hundreds of dollars and get the best service. My car looks exactly like how I bought it. Also, they provide lifetime warranty and cleaned the interior and exterior of my car + polished wheels! It took 5 business days for them to finish but that's fine because the cost and quality and service is worth it! read more

Minh and his staff are incompetent and rude. They didn't want to give me the top bosses information which I already got and will be complaining about their customer service and practice. If you don't like costumer service and to help the customer get the heck out of customer service. Minh you are a manager!!! Here is a tip. Listen to the customer (without interruption) apologize to the customer for any inconvenience (regardless if it was not your fault or out of your hands) again Listen w/out speaking, when a customer ask for one of your employees names (give them the name) by not doing so, you look guilty for something! Lastly, FIND A SOLUTION!!! It's not hard. read more

This was one of the collision repairs under my insurance and I picked it because of prior reviews. I had a minor accident and it took them about 2 weeks to fix. When I received my car it was washed and like new. The reason why Im giving 5 stars is because of how they handled the following. After I picked up that same night I had some sensors go off I returned my car to them, they inspected and had me come back the following day. They quickly found the solution and car hasn't had a problem since. They were even willing to provide a rental for me if they couldn't fix that day. Thank you so much and I appreciate the quick work! read more

My car had extensive damage on the passenger side door and Collision 2000 did an excellent job repairing the damages. You'll need to make an appointment if you're going in for an estimate. They resolved everything with the insurance company fairly quickly so they were able to start the job within two days. Unfortunately the door was back ordered so the repair took a little longer. No fault on Collisions part. They had clear communication with me throughout the process. They also detailed my car upon pick up, which was a pleasant surprise. 5 stars for the service and excellent job. read more

I highly recommend this spot. I got my bumper torn off a block down and I brought it in for the first time and the manager and workers had great customer service. A very trustworthy & professional shop! I had found out about Collision 2000 through my insurance, and was very pleased that they are in-network. They took care of my car body's repair with thorough work & inspection. My car looks like new, all the way down to the paint job! Also, I replaced my starter with them for a 2nd trip. They ordered a genuine part, and had my car ready in a day & a half. Highly recommend due to the great people at this shop. I'll for sure trust them with any future car needs! read more

This was one of the places that the insurance company recommended. I read the reviews and looked at pictures of their work and ended up going with them. I was a bit skeptical when I got to the shop because it didn't look organized at all. Their office is small and looked cluttered. But as my parents used to say, don't judge a book by it's cover. The gentleman looked over my car and identified what repairs they will be doing. He told me that it will be done at a certain date stating that as long as they can get all the parts needed. He told me that he will call me in a couple of days for an update. Sure enough, 2 days later he called saying that they have all the parts and work has started. I called the day before the deadline he gave me and asked for an update. The shop told me it will be done as promised and would call me back for pickup when it's ready. I got the call the next day saying it was ready for pickup. When I got there a gentleman showed me my brand new looking car, all CLEAN. After filling out some paperwork, the lady gave me the warranty and off I went. Very simple process. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company. The work they did was excellent. So far so good after 2 weeks. Thank you Collision 2000!! read more

i was involved in a minor hit and run and collision 2000 was one of the places accepted by my statefarm insurance. i picked them based off of their great reviews and they did not disappoint! miguel was so helpful and really assured me that my car was going to be taken care of. the date my car was finished i actually had to go into surgery so i left my boyfriend's contact info with him and when he went to pick up the car, miguel gave him the full run down on what was fixed, the warranty, factory parts and they even cleaned my car! 10/10 recommend :) read more

Poor communication, satisfactory work paint didn't match 100% so my car is now a little mismatched now.

My 2013 Honda Accord was scraped while parked at a shopping center. My insurance suggested this collision center, I saw the reviews on Yelp and they were pretty good. Turned in my car on a Wednesday and picked it up the following Wednesday. My insurance didn't cover rental car but Manuel (the collision advisor) suggested the local Hertz Car Rental around the corner. They have special rates for their customers. Got a $23.00 a day compact car while my car was in the shop. The results are pretty amazing. They did a really good job, they even detailed my car. I had not seen it that clean and smooth since I drove it out the dealer lot. Very helpful, friendly and explained everything. Plus the work has a lifetime guarantee. I 100% recommend this collision center. read more

We had some severe body work needing to be done and although we went through our insurance, I was so thrilled by the service we got from them. Very proactive, called us to verify information and give us updates along the way, finished a week earlier than quoted, and even detailed our car. The car looks better than it did when we first bought it. Highly recommend! read more

When I first brought in my car, Alicia explained everything that was going to go down & George showed me everything that was going to be fixed. Thought I'd give Collision 2000 a chance and was totally disappointed. I have a 92 Chevy 1500CK truck that I need my windshield replaced. Reached out to Safelight but they could not due it due to rust around the area of the windshield. They said a body shop would need to perform the work. So I called Collision 2000 and talked to the receptionist on the phone and explained my situation and she said yes they could replace my windshield so just bring it down and they would provide an estimate. So I drive to Collision 2000 and when I get there the gentleman working the office wouldn't even look at it. Told me that rust would need metal replacement and that the job was too small. He also said the owner would not allow them to do the job. Not sure how he came to that conclusion without talking to the owner but he did. Gave them a chance but won't give them a second one. read more

After searching through State Farm's list of selected body shops, I decided on collision 2000. I came by unannounced and George helped me out and told me that my rear bumper on my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee may take week and that's because they didn't know if I had any underbody damage. He informed me to set up an appointment to get my car repaired. I turned in my car on Wednesday and on Friday, my car was ready. I left my car in a dirty mess, however when I picked up car, it was sparkling clean. They did a marvelous job. I would recommend this place to anyone read more

I know they guarantee their work for life and that's because it takes them that many times to get it right. I took my luxury vehicle in to get repaired and painted on the recommendation of a buddy. The work seemed rushed and most likely not their best guys on it. I ended up with over spray under the hood and drip marks below eye level. I paid to have some extra work done the first time and when I got my car back I find out the work I paid for did not include a spot that obviously stood out and when I asked he said I figured you could not afford it so I did not call you to ask if you wanted it done. A year later and I'm married to these guys for life, I'm going to ask for my part of the money back and cut my losses with a below average paint job and see if I can find someone who can actually paint a vehicle. I could not seem to add the photos but please review my profile for photos. read more

I'm Always hesitant about going to places where they service vehicles. However, I am very pleased I chose this place to fix my van from the damage that I caused. They worked efficiently on my vehicle and exceeded my expectations. My van looks and drives better than when I got it from the dealer..lol The staff was friendly and professional. Miguel is a very sweet man that actually took the time to explain the procedure and was very honest. I did feel very welcomed and secure with my decision to trust this auto body.
