Had both of my vehicles repaired at city collision and what can I say? Best customer service, amazing craftsmanship and warranty is worth every penny and time waiting to get my vehicles back. Huge shoutout to the entire team for fixing an issue months later after my vehicle was returned. Turn around time was less than a day to fix a TPMS issue. I was setup with a rental to ensure I was not stranded. They also offered uber if you live close by and don't need a rental. They went above and beyond. Fixed my TPMS issue and cannot be happier. I'll be taking all my vehicles here and so should you! Forgot to add: my vehicle repaired was a 2022 KIA EV6. They also are authorized EV repair shop!!! read more

Not sure why there are so many positive reviews here, but my experience was beyond bad. My vehicle was brought here by the tow truck company because the primary one that my insurance recommended was closed during that hour. The car went through a teardown and was eventually considered a total loss, but their quote for the teardown was excessively higher than the average teardown cost and the insurance wasn't going to pay out that whole amount. There was some negotiation and it was able to be taken down, but during that entire period of a month, the collision center charged an excessive amount of storage fees ($500 per day) which was 100% higher than the high end of average. The insurance company refused to pay this amount and basically the vehicle was held hostage at the collision center, despite getting higher management involved as the insurance company was unable to negotiate. In addition, the insurance company did further investigation and found that there's been the same complains to the BAR for this collision center with similar excessive charging, and from my own investigation, the licensure of the collision center seems suspicious with it being opened, closed, reopened under a different name, etc. Do your own investigation before you go with this collision center so you don't have your vehicle held hostage. read more

Brought in our model Y Tesla to get some repairs and as soon as we walk in we were greeted and welcomed in by a believe is the manager Gary, he was very warm and nice and comforting and making us feel knowledgeable that we were in good hands. 6/24/23 estimate review for David. Tesla recommended for me to get my falcon wing re-aligned before a roof glass fix. I found this place under certified repair shops via Tesla's website. I spoke to David over the phone to give him some background information. He provided me with honest and helpful information. He informed me he had 3 techs that work on Teslas. They mostly do not work on weekends unless they choose to so he asked me to bring it Monday. Our conversation continued and he asked if I could swing by today for him to take a look. I got to the place and was thoroughly impressed by the lot size and the amount of teslas they are repairing. Body, paint and other repairs. The show room area is neat and gave me a chance to walk around and check out the vehicles inside. After David finished with the previous customer, he chatted with me before bringing it to the falcon wing tech in back to analyze the problem. They found out my glass cracked due to improper placement and install of the glass back in December. He asked me to bring it back to Tesla and install plastic shims to fix the issue. My glass was hitting the bottom before the door closed so the pressure cracked. He also identified my falcon door motor may need to be replaced. He recommended for me to have the glass fixed and then see if the motor problem is still there. He is happy to fix it but if Tesla covers the glass repair, they should do it right. Thanks to David and the indictment technician who diagnosed my issue, I was able to bring it back to Tesla and have them cover the repair of the issue properly. I took my Tesla to this collision center after my car was sideswiped by another party. Although the quality of the paint blending and the repair itself was good, the whole service and dealing between this shop could've been smoother. One of the first issues I encountered was that the body shop wanted to repaint the door jams of the car, and the insurance company disagreed. Since this is in the inside of the car, I was completely fine with the paint not being blended. However, I was told that the body shop will not be able to accommodate because it is required as a part of the Tesla certification process, and if they don't do it they risk losing their certification. The insurance representative asked for proof and if it's there, they will cover the cost. However, the body shop was not able to find whatever documentation that stated that this repair was necessary as part of the certification process, which seemed to contradict their earlier statement about it being a necessary part of the process. I was annoyed but dismissed it, and it cost a couple hundred out of my own pocket but after almost a month of not having my car I was willing to pay to not deal with it any further. I definitely think that there was some dishonesty here to get some more money out of the situation. Upon receiving the car after the repair, they had completely forgot to replace the wheel that was part of the damage. A month later, I also discovered that they had not replaced the VIN stickers in the door jam, which they had also charged on the invoice. It was frustrating having to double check the work that they did and schedule multiple follow up visits. I did appreciate that they detailed the interior of the car, and the quality of the paint that they used was indistinguishable from OEM paint, but the overall journey from start to finish left a lot more to be desired. I thought I had found a place I could leave my car with full trust, but barring any warranty issues I don't see myself coming back or recommending this place to anyone. read more

This might be a bit embarrassing to share but... this is my 2nd time going to City Collision Center within the same calendar year (both times not my fault). However, what I've noticed from both times is the consistent quality, care, and attention this team pours onto their vehicles and their clients. Veronica has been a tremendous help with providing frequent updates with my repairs using emails or (now) SMS notifications.
