Had a coolant leak on my Tesla Model Y. I called TSK. Sam on the phone immediately set me up for appointment to look at my issue. TSK was able to diagnose the problem quickly and quoted a very fair price to repair it. I was very satisfied with the quote. Repair was done correctly and promptly. The Supervisor Sergio even had his mechanics Top off my coolant and tested the vehicle to make sure it was running again correctly. I can't say Thank you enough for the the great repair done on my Tesla. The customer service of Sam and Sergio is always professional and made me feel at Ease with my Tesla Repair. Thank you again, and I recommend their service to All. read more

TSK Tesla Service is a wonderful repair center that will work with you to get the best services done. The service employees are very responsive and knowledgeable about Tesla cars. They also work with your insurance to ensure you get the best value. The car comes out looking way better than before. The best part is how flexible they can be and they offer loaner cars as well! The workers here even stayed a bit late to finish our service; they are very accommodating and nice. Sophia at the front desk is very helpful and friendly! read more

Great repair service and was able to take care of everything from start to finish, communicating with Tesla insurance. Tesla insurance was a big pain but they were able to work with me past the delays to get my car back to me. Car came back in even better condition than before the accident and they detailed it! Very responsive and great customer care! Thank you, Sam and Sophia! read more

I was rear ended 5 weeks after buying my new car. Took it to TSK after reading reviews of several Tesla repair shops. Was not disappointed. Sam took great care of us. Took longer than expected to fix but that was mainly due to battling with the insurance. Highly recommended. read more

12/12/25 I had a new indicator like come on titled "air suspension unable to rise" with a saggy right wheel well. I got in contact with Alex to let him know I may need to bring it in. Since Serge advised against driving it via phone update, I opted to drop it off Friday and have them assess the issue the following Monday. On Monday, I received texts and call updates about its status and how much the estimate would be. For some reason, I thought I heard 10k over the phone but I may have mistaken that for if the car had further issues beyond a simple fix. I asked for an email with deets to review. After giving the green light to continue, they fixed the compressor issue. However, they then found an air Leak in the strut (front passenger) area. This also needed to be changed. I got another estimate with options for that. I gave another green light and they wrapped everything up by Thursday. When I picked up my car, it was washed, vacuumed and scented by link air freshener. Such awesome service. As much as I'd like to not come back for car repairs, I know there will be more visits in the future as my car ages (almost 10). The awesome part, I know whatever needs that may arise, the team at TSK will take care of it. Nothing beats peace of mind and knowing they are skilled in their craft. Thank you, Alex, new Serge and the behind the scenes team! If you have a Tesla that needs a repair or any kind, don't hesitate to get an estimate here. They are awesome! PS. I love the new wall mural and Tesla charger owner Bogdan put up. Cool vibes! read more

I can't thank TSK team enough. They were clear with communication and their procedure. I was very upset with Tesla dealership who dismissed my concerns "I heard this before, lots of ppl have this problem, it's safe to drive until your appt (in 7 days)". The team set me an appt quickly and were very transparent showing me the problem to my Tesla. Thank you TSK I appreciate you guys. read more

I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and third-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK! read more

Went to TSK for dent in my trunk. Everyone was extremely kind and helped us out right away. Got my car back today and trunk looks brand new! The service here is professional and friendly, knowledge and work quality are both outstanding. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Great experience with TSK Cypress! Tesla was going to make me wait almost 2 weeks just for an appointment, but TSK was able to inspect the issue, give me an estimate, and get it fixed within about an hour. Everyone was super nice, friendly, and straightforward. No BS, no unnecessary sales pitch, and no trying to upsell me on things I didn't need. They just focused on the problem and got it taken care of quickly. Really appreciate the fast and honest service. I'll definitely come back and would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop, especially for Tesla repairs. read more

Wow! My car looks better than when I bought it. I only wanted a new high voltage battery for my 3LR, but they detailed it too. OK, my car looked like hell after 162k miles and was covered with mud after northern Saskatchewan. And my wheel covers were cracked or missing, but they must have taken pity on me and did a great job, even replacing my wheel covers. Apparently, you're not supposed to use up to seven superchargers per day driving epic road trips (ZCT.Life) in harsh conditions. So my range had dropped by 85 miles, and I didn't have enough range to drive to the Yucatán without begging at Nissan dealers for j1772 in broken Español. I found TSK online, and they sold me a Y battery for a lower price than I expected. Turns out that since most people don't drive like me, there are lots of compatible batteries available. There's always a bright side. Thanks! read more

Noone reach out to me for a quote when I message them through yelp. Not a good first impression.

This review is way over due. I got into an accident last year in November and the gal that answered the phone to the technician who took care of me was so attentive and super kind because I was so upset about my accident and having to leave the car (I ended taking the total) from my insurance. Let me start by saying I never received any services from TSK but after speaking with the woman at TSK who answered my phone call, I will not be doing any service with them!!! Here's Why.... After getting a diagnostic and repair quote from Tesla I messaged TSK last night on Yelp requesting a quote for the specific issues. I decided to call this morning and a woman answers the phone. I advise her I'm calling to follow up on a requested Yelp quote that I hadn't heard back from (we never discussed details of my repairs) . She proceeds to tell me TSK needs to do their own diagnostics and it would be $550, I told her I already have the diagnostic and just need a quote for the repairs, she continues with pushing the $550 diagnostic fee. The whole conversation just seemed very scammy and a quick money grab, needless to say I will not be doing business with them!!!!! Update... Received a voicemail from a man with TSK a few hours later offering to assist me and stating that it was a misunderstanding. I've already found a place in Stanton called Electric City that does a lot of work on Tesla's, has good reviews and great customer service (David and his guys are awesome). This may be a good company but unfortunately first impressions are lasting and I won't be utilizing their services!!! In response to the owner's reply. I never said your service was poor or bad ( I prefaced my review with the fact that I never used your service) and yes, you have good reviews which is why I contacted your business... however, customer service is also key and in most situations the first interaction a customer has with a business is over the phone or internet. I never heard back when requesting the Yelp quote so I decided to call TSK and because of the lack of customer service your business just lost out on thousands of dollars. May I suggest you train the woman answering your phones. She just kept pushing the $550 TSK diagnostic fee (also we never discussed the ac or any other issues my Tesla was having) because she was so stuck on the diagnostic fee which unfortunately did not sit well with me. I am only here to give my honest review and experience. Enjoy the rest of your day as I will enjoy mine! read more

TSK is great! They finished my car in less than a week. Usually, going through Tesla takes much longer. The customer service is excellent, and Sophia was incredibly helpful. This company TSK charged over $22,000 in repairs for my Tesla model 3. The parts they put on were used and aftermarket parts. I received my car back and they changed my caps that were over my rims to an aftermarket product without my consent. They put back one of my cameras back incorrectly which caused condensation to build and over time it caused my cameras to malfunction. I have the have sent them the estimate to pay Tesla fot the repair to be done right and they are not responding to my request or the request from my lawyer so now I have to go through legal action to get them to do the right thing. Don't get your Tesla repaired at TSk they are a scam. They lure you in with free car rental, to pay your deductible but the price you pay with a poor job done is not worth it. Also they joy ride in your car from place to place. I caught them in my car going to food spots. I received my car back with wires and carpet fibers on the floor of the car, there was overstay on my car. They did not leave the proper clearance under my car and when I parked at a spot I always parked at in my office parking lot, I backed out and my front end was caught and dismantled my bumper by my headlight. I had to take my car back to them for them to do it right. Take your car to a real Tesla collision center for repairs to be done right because they are a fake!!! read more

Absolutely amazing service. TSK repaired my Tesla after an accident, and the whole experience was outstanding from start to finish. My insurance covered only a small portion of the rental, but the shop still provided me with a loaner for the entire repair period and handled everything directly with the insurance company, which made the process completely stress-free for me. The quality of the repair is incredible -- the car looks and drives even better than before the accident. Everything was returned clean, detailed, and in perfect condition. Customer service here is on another level: the team is super friendly, professional, and really cares about the clients. Alex helped me throughout the process and he's truly an expert in what he does. I've dealt with the official Tesla service before and honestly didn't have a great experience. TSK is on a completely different level -- faster, clearer, and much more customer-oriented. I will absolutely recommend this shop to all my friends. I had a very good experience with TSK. I needed a quick diagnostic for my Tesla and was glad they could fit me in on a Saturday. The whole process was smooth, convenient, and professional. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything in a clear and straightforward way, and gave me helpful recommendations on what to do next. I had one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had with TSK Cypress. I brought my 2026 vehicle in for a small rear dent repair, yet it took 70 days to get my car back. While I understand that repairs can sometimes be delayed, what is completely unacceptable is the total lack of communication. Not once during those 70 days did anyone from TSK call or text me with an update. Every update came only because I called them. Most of the time I received the same generic response, and on several occasions they didn't even answer the phone. I was traveling internationally during part of the repair and had to make expensive international phone calls just to find out the status of my own vehicle. Even then, I was repeatedly told someone would call me back within 15 minutes--but those calls never happened. To make matters worse, I had to call them multiple times just to remind them to check and maintain my vehicle's battery charge. Despite my repeated requests, they allowed the battery level to drop all the way down to 2% before disconnecting the battery, preventing me from monitoring my vehicle through the Tesla app. I have never let my vehicle's battery fall below 20%, so it was very upsetting to see a brand-new 2026 vehicle handled this way. This raises serious concerns about the level of care and attention given to customers' vehicles while they are in the shop. Good repairs are only part of good service. Customers deserve honest communication, timely updates, and respect. Unfortunately, TSK Cypress failed on all three. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves their communication and customer service so future customers don't have to go through the same frustrating experience. read more

Do you care about quality and detail? I do and so does TSK. I appreciate TSK's genuine care about the quality of their work and what I really appreciate is that they cared about the outcome of my car more than I did. I have been driving my Tesla mx for a a couple of days now back from the body shop and so far so good. I have nothing but good praises for TSK, they were professional and actually went the extra mile to make my car whole again. They provided me with a loaner car while my care is getting fixed. I found TSK on Yelp since my Model X falcon door latch broke/failed to close and Tesla service's earliest appointment was 2 weeks out and $$$$. I drive into work everyday, so having my car be operational and safe to drive is a necessity for me. TSK offered to look at my car the same day that I called in to ask if they would perform this type of repair (lots of repair shops I called do NOT service Teslas). Once there, I waited for them to diagnose which took another 20 minutes (even though I already told them what it was - I researched to see if I could DIY it). They gave me a price quote and also time quote dependent on the day the part would be delivered. I agreed and within 4 days, my car door was fixed. When I checked the falcon doors before I drove off, they weren't opening fully when parked outside - which is weird. The owner had his mechanic come out to check it right away and assured me that it would reset after I drove a certain speed and if not, to bring the car back to them. Needless to say - it reset on it's own! :) THANK YOU, TSK! p.s. They are a Tesla auto body repair shop and also do custom work.
