I have dealt with my fair share of Tesla service centers and collision centers, both first and third-party. I have owned a Tesla since 2014 so let me tell you, I've see some ****. With that said, TSK Tesla Service is the absolute best service center I have ever been to in my 12 years of owning a Tesla. Had a hit and run happen to me, and with the help of some law enforcement, was able to get info from the other side. I came here for a quote and Sam was very helpful in giving me an accurate estimate (it ended up being very close in the end) and also explaining to me the process of the insurance. Had I listened to the law enforcement, I would have been dealing with a much longer case, as Sam recommended I do not get my insurance involved at all and only file with the opposing side. I dropped off my car in the first week of February and got my car back in the first week of March. Most of the delay had to do with insurance and supplements and adjuster approvals/rejections which opposing insurance kept trying to involve me but Sam was glad to take care of everything when I forwarded the communication to him. I was probably a pain in the butt calling them and asking for an update every week but Sam and Sergei were very awesome people to work with. They were able to provide me a rental for the duration of the repair and it was a equivalent/higher model than my car so that was nice. On the final day upon pickup, the repair was done perfectly and they also ended up fixing a hinge issue with my trunk that they noticed while working on the car. This was a very pleasant surprise, because since I purchased my current car in 2023, Tesla's official service center has repeatedly told me that there is no hinge issue with my trunk despite me bringing to them multiple times for closure and striker issues. I said NOTHING to TSK about it and yet they noticed and fixed it. That's some stellar service right there, going above and beyond what the expectation was. Picking up the car, the exterior and interior was all cleaned up very nicely and some light detailing was done. Got some cool merch too from TSK which is always a nice touch. Small things like that show that TSK really does care about their customers. Glad to also hear they are opening up another location in Santa Ana, so I could recommend it to my parents who live closer over there. Thanks for everything, TSK! read more

12/12/25 I had a new indicator like come on titled "air suspension unable to rise" with a saggy right wheel well. I got in contact with Alex to let him know I may need to bring it in. Since Serge advised against driving it via phone update, I opted to drop it off Friday and have them assess the issue the following Monday. On Monday, I received texts and call updates about its status and how much the estimate would be. For some reason, I thought I heard 10k over the phone but I may have mistaken that for if the car had further issues beyond a simple fix. I asked for an email with deets to review. After giving the green light to continue, they fixed the compressor issue. However, they then found an air Leak in the strut (front passenger) area. This also needed to be changed. I got another estimate with options for that. I gave another green light and they wrapped everything up by Thursday. When I picked up my car, it was washed, vacuumed and scented by link air freshener. Such awesome service. As much as I'd like to not come back for car repairs, I know there will be more visits in the future as my car ages (almost 10). The awesome part, I know whatever needs that may arise, the team at TSK will take care of it. Nothing beats peace of mind and knowing they are skilled in their craft. Wow! My car looks better than when I bought it. I only wanted a new high voltage battery for my 3LR, but they detailed it too. OK, my car looked like hell after 162k miles and was covered with mud after northern Saskatchewan. And my wheel covers were cracked or missing, but they must have taken pity on me and did a great job, even replacing my wheel covers. Apparently, you're not supposed to use up to seven superchargers per day driving epic road trips (ZCT.Life) in harsh conditions. So my range had dropped by 85 miles, and I didn't have enough range to drive to the Yucatán without begging at Nissan dealers for j1772 in broken Español. I found TSK online, and they sold me a Y battery for a lower price than I expected. Turns out that since most people don't drive like me, there are lots of compatible batteries available. Let me start by saying I never received any services from TSK but after speaking with the woman at TSK who answered my phone call, I will not be doing any service with them!!! Here's Why.... After getting a diagnostic and repair quote from Tesla I messaged TSK last night on Yelp requesting a quote for the specific issues. I decided to call this morning and a woman answers the phone. I advise her I'm calling to follow up on a requested Yelp quote that I hadn't heard back from (we never discussed details of my repairs) . She proceeds to tell me TSK needs to do their own diagnostics and it would be $550, I told her I already have the diagnostic and just need a quote for the repairs, she continues with pushing the $550 diagnostic fee. The whole conversation just seemed very scammy and a quick money grab, needless to say I will not be doing business with them!!!!! Update... Received a voicemail from a man with TSK a few hours later offering to assist me and stating that it was a misunderstanding. I've already found a place in Stanton called Electric City that does a lot of work on Tesla's, has good reviews and great customer service (David and his guys are awesome). This may be a good company but unfortunately first impressions are lasting and I won't be utilizing their services!!! In response to the owner's reply. I never said your service was poor or bad ( I prefaced my review with the fact that I never used your service) and yes, you have good reviews which is why I contacted your business... however, customer service is also key and in most situations the first interaction a customer has with a business is over the phone or internet. I never heard back when requesting the Yelp quote so I decided to call TSK and because of the lack of customer service your business just lost out on thousands of dollars. May I suggest you train the woman answering your phones. She just kept pushing the $550 TSK diagnostic fee (also we never discussed the ac or any other issues my Tesla was having) because she was so stuck on the diagnostic fee which unfortunately did not sit well with me. I have been driving my Tesla mx for a a couple of days now back from the body shop and so far so good. It took a long time to get my car back but its not TSK's fault but Tesla insurance, they took a long time to approve the work that needs to be done on my car. I have nothing but good praises for TSK, they were professional and actually went the extra mile to make my car whole again. They provided me with a loaner car while my care is getting fixed. From the beginning, they were top shape. Sergei showed me details pf damages and what is the extent of the damages. Sophia were very helpful in getting the paperworks and help in every step of the way. Handling insurances and repairs. This was most pain free process. It was great to she also help with loaner and get another tesla to drive back while mine is in the shop. And because of insurance claim took longer, they covered the extra cost of loaner. They were so detailed that they took extra week to repaint because they weren't able to match. I had many time some shops they just send you away even when they don't match color of my car. I found TSK on Yelp since my Model X falcon door latch broke/failed to close and Tesla service's earliest appointment was 2 weeks out and $$$$. I drive into work everyday, so having my car be operational and safe to drive is a necessity for me. TSK offered to look at my car the same day that I called in to ask if they would perform this type of repair (lots of repair shops I called do NOT service Teslas). Once there, I waited for them to diagnose which took another 20 minutes (even though I already told them what it was - I researched to see if I could DIY it). They gave me a price quote and also time quote dependent on the day the part would be delivered. I agreed and within 4 days, my car door was fixed. When I checked the falcon doors before I drove off, they weren't opening fully when parked outside - which is weird. The owner had his mechanic come out to check it right away and assured me that it would reset after I drove a certain speed and if not, to bring the car back to them. I brought my car in for repair due to damage to rear door. TSK did an excellent job with painting my vehicle. It was not easy to match the paint, but it looks brand new. One of the doors on my Model Y stopped working (not opening) after my daughter closed the door a little too hard. I took it to a Tesla center to get it fixed, and without really looking into the cause, they quoted me $800 to fix the door. So, I found TSK on Yelp (yes, I still use Yelp!) and brought my car in for an estimate. AC on my 2016 Model X was not working properly. System was not cooling. I made an appointment with TSK after reading reviews on Yelp. They do an AC service to flush the system and check for leaks. In my case I had some faulty wiring on the pressure sensor that needed to be fixed. They performed the service and fixed the pressure sensor in a few hours as promised. They changed the cabin filter but I needed to come back on a different day because they didn't have the filter in stock. They called me a few days later and I swung by and they installed it in 15 mins. Overall service was great and my AC is working again read more

While the circumstances for us having to visit here were kind of unfortunate, TSK did everything they could to make it as painless as possible. We were driving on the freeway when something came off of the car in front of us and smashed our front headlight. Well, smashed the clear protection material in front of it - the headlight technically worked. We reached out to several places (including "official" Tesla channels), and the prices were wild. Yes, there were some DIY options online but we weren't comfortable with that - so we went with TSK because of Tesla SoCal Group's recommendation. They were able to replace the light (and yep, you have to replace the whole headlight even if just the cover is broken), including parts & labor for literally half of what official Tesla repair shops were quoting - so we were thankful for that. The workers were kind as well, and were honest from the start of the conversation so we'd recommend them to anyone interested in evaluating their Tesla repair options. read more

Had a service notification for a disabled air suspension. I was really bummed because I am out of warranty and hadn't driven my pre-owned Tesla very long. The wait time to be seen at a Tesla dealership was 7 days and because I was so eager to drive my car, I decided to see what other shops were out there. Luckily, TSK was within a couple miles from our home and so we decided to give them a try. They had great reviews on google, but I didn't see anything here on yelp... so here's my contribution for any Tesla owner that is considering TSK... SHOP APPEARANCE. I got a chance to connect with Alex this past Saturday. Their shop is not hard to find and there's plenty of street parking available. The lobby looked amazing, very well put together, a little quiet, but I assumed since it was the weekend, most of the guys were in the shop area. IN REGARDS TO SPEED/DURATION OF REPAIR. Alex and his team had my Tesla fixed within 2 business days, which, compared to the Tesla dealership was 3 days faster. So far the car feels back to normal and everything has been working fine. I believe I've found a place to get my Tesla repairs for the foreseeable future. Alex was great to work with and I appreciate his honesty and communication with me throughout the whole process. TSK Tesla Service - My service warning - Auto Repair Near Me - Cypress , California

Being that the owner had responded to my review, I felt obligated to address the inconsistencies in that response as they pertained to my experience. I understand where he was coming from with his response, but they mislead the public by not only advertising services that they offer, going into detail about what they are capable of and how it pertains to "your" Tesla, but carving out whole sections of their website to detail about these services and even include a video titled "Tesla Battery Repair" when all they truly offer is to fix the casing of a your late 2021 or newer Model X or S. No other battery repair is offered. If they have reasons what that is, then that is great, but Tesla fixes their batteries, other shops fix the Tesla batteries and there are other options for that type of work. If you don't offer that service, then be clear about it instead of advertising it and telling your customers that you offer that service when they call in with the specific make, model and year vehicle. Before having my car towed in to TSK, I had called and asked if they do repairs on the batteries for my 2020 Model X Performance vehicle. I was told that yes they do, their website notes that they do and I had no reason to think otherwise. Upon getting my car towed in and them looking at my vehicle, they shared that the only option they would offer is replacement. I was called by the manager after they read my review, asking what they could do to have my change the rating. I voiced my concerns and the reasons why I left the rating that I did. The manager proceeded to tell me that although they do battery repairs, there are certain models and years that they simply do not work on the batteries and mine was one of those. If this was the case, then that is what they should have told a potential customer when they call in to verbatimly "Do you repair the batteries on a 2020 Model X Performance?". That was never conveyed, but instead I was told to bring it in. Once my car was in their shop, I was quoted a used battery to be swapped in that was only 10% less than the cost of a rebuilt battery by Tesla that had a 5 year/ 50k mile warranty on it. If they don't do repairs on Model X (or S since they are the same battery and drive systems) then that only leaves the Model 3 and Y. Those vehicles have an almost 0% failure rate with the batteries, as even noted by them in the YouTube video, so there would not be the need to ever repair those batteries. The above only leads to one conclusion, in that they do not repair batteries. Even in their "Tesla Battery Repair" video, buried 7:30 in, they state "we still do not repair batteries, we replace them". Remove all the references about battery repair, and do not say it is something you do on the phone when called, if it is not a service that you offer. Tesla not only repairs batteries with success (through selling you one that has been refurbished) but they offer a 50k mile warranty on it. If you do not have the skill, experience, time or ability to replicate that service then simply own up to it. Also, remove references to it from your website and do not claim that you do that work when a customer calls in to inquire about it. read more

I still am not sure why they were charging me over $2k to fix a one inch scratch, they said they were going to match the paint to the side panels because the paint on the trunk was not matching, which is common in Teslas, I was basically paying for a Tesla mismatch.
