Collision 2000 is terrific and we are so happy we chose to use them. My husband's 2012 Volkswagen bug was hit in a parking lot by a truck. We had used Collision 2000 before and had been happy with their service. They did an expert job in repairing the bug and the paint matches perfectly. Everyone we came in contact with was professional, polite, and very good at their job. One of the employees gave my husband a ride home after he dropped off the car. The lock on the the VW trunk had been giving us trouble for a while. They fixed the lock at a reduced and very reasonable price. It now works perfectly. Went here on two occasions for accidents I was involved in 2020. EXTREMELY helpful and give 100% clarity on the information about your vehicle. Elia, the receptionist provides great customer service and updates about your car status. I was recommended through my insurance to go to this shop. The tech (I believe his name was Frank?) and also another guy who always wears a Honda cap, gave a fast/quick estimate on the damages - very helpful. They also wash, detail, and re-upholstered the interior which is great (most places don't do that). 10/10 recommend!! read more

You can't tell the whole back end of the car was replaced. The cost of repairs was around $1500 less than a few other quotes I got before deciding to use Collision 2000. Someone hit the side of my Tacoma while I was in a store. The dent was deep and covered half the panel on the truck bed. When I went to Collision 2000 for an estimate, the lady up front was very personable and professional. She had answers to all my questions and set everything up for me. The folks who fixed my truck were finished a day early and the job was A-1. Not only that, my truck was completely washed and detailed---inside and out (and that includes the headlights that were badly yellowed). I yelped each one before deciding, and based on the 5 stars reviews and the terrible reviews of other shops suggested, I chose Collision 2000, and I'm so happy that I did. Everyone from start to finish was friendly, professional, thorough and caring. Their estimate of when my car would be ready was sooner than I had expected and to my surprise right on schedule! They called to update me on everything as necessary, and when I went to pick up my car, it looked brand new! I dread doing anything to my vehicle beyond a car wash and an oil change. My first experience with Collision 2000 was two years ago, when a piece of furniture fell off a truck driving in front of me on the 91. It smashed up the front of my car, and destroyed my condensor and radiator. Collision 2000 was a choice provided to me by my insurance and was the one closest to my house, so i just picked it. Boy...did I get lucky! They did an amazing job! my car looked brand new, and they finished the car ahead of schedule. Last year, unfortunately, I was in a car accident. Even though I had moved away from the area, I still chose to take my car there. Once again....blown away with the results. Since then, I have recommended them to roommates, friends, colleagues, all having the great experience I did. The place is unassuming, and behind a now closed down auto dealership. Don't let that deceive you, they're awesome. at first, I thought they did a really good job. before we left I noticed there was something sticking out from under the front bumper. the guy pushed it back up and supposedly fixed it. About 5 to 6 weeks later, I hear a scraping sound. it's the same part I told them about before. Had my husband have them check it out and they said we caused it. Their reason... there's a scratch on the bumper so that means you hit something. Let me tell you this... a scratch is not going to cause that piece to come out. The guy didn't fix it right in the first place. Lifetime warranty means nothing. Just driving your car voids their warranty. read more
