Our guide was Wyatt Black and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. Honestly the best guide we could have had and shared so much history with our group. Not to mention he took every single one of our family photos within the canyon and knew the perfect settings to achieve the best pictures. This tour blew me away with how beautiful the canyon is and the history behind it. Definitely a tour/hike that is manageable for most people as the canyon itself is flat and the only incline is where you have to hike up and around to get back to where you started. Be prepared for a super bumpy truck ride to the canyon too ha ha. read more

Our tour Mariah was great. We went right at 11:15, luckily there were little clouds in the sky. The tour was well-organized. The views were unbelievable. Just unreal. Since all the tours are guided, the tour guides would have usher us through on a very tight schedule (don't be late!). Take a lot of photos. They should be ashamed of themselves. We nearly had a perfect experience; however, everything was completely ruined by the employee working on cleaning the restroom area. Our tour was the last to return on May 25, 2026, and after being out for well over an hour our 10-year-old desperately needed to use the bathroom. When we walked down there he went to enter one of the porta potties and the woman who was cleaning SCREAMED "They are closed! Go away!" I'm not exaggerating. She did not speak rudely, she did not raise her voice, she literally screamed at our child. When we stepped in to say he was 10 and he needed to use the restroom she again screamed, "Well, you should have thought about that earlier and planned ahead!" We told her we had just walked off the tour bus and had no chance before that and she again screamed, "I don't care. They are closed. Go away!" The porta potty our son tried to use had obviously not even been cleaned yet. When we walked back to our car we passed someone else who was there at the main building and explained what had happened and asked if our son could please use the bathroom and he started laughing. His response was to laugh. And then he said, "I don't know what to tell you, maybe you can go find a gas station somewhere." We turned and went to our car as our son asked, "Why did that guy laugh at how mean the woman was to me?" That was our experience. Our tour was basically perfect. Charles, who led our tour could not have done a better job. It had been a perfect day until that point. We spent over $550.00 for the three of us to tour the canyon, in memory of my mother who recently passed away as this was her favorite place she had ever visited. What a horrendous and unthinkable way for this to end. Even after having paid an enormous amount to do this, the fact that no one found it in their heart to help out a kid who needed nothing other than to use the restroom is unimaginable. More than that, people were outright cruel. I cannot even believe there are people who would treat a child this way. I would never recommend this tour company to anyone I ever meet and will share this story with all of our friends and family when they come to vacation out west. They should be ashamed of themselves. read more

Buy your tour of the Upper Antelope Canyon the day before at least! They sell out fast. We took a tour with them because they had the time closer to noon open (1:20 pm) and their price was right. Purchased online and had no issues with the purchase, got the confirmation email and sent the waivers ... then I read about the time difference so this tour company actually has a clock with their time on their site: there is a time difference to the time on my phone, so make sure to double check or you could miss your tour. Once we arrived to the Upper Canyon location it was all set up very organized. They stagger the tours so every group will get a personalized experience. Our group had 8 participants so we boarded the back of the truck and drove down to the canyon (about 15 mins) to begin our experience. Wow this was amazing.. our tour guide told us stories and was also able to show us all the secrets designs that the light and the walls of the canyon form. There are so many tourists each day going to visit Antelope canyon... and our guide made sure that we had a wonderful experience and guided our group in such a way that we felt "alone" in the different areas of the canyon. He also took the best pictures !! We were so impressed and lucky. This company had the whole tour well organized and the experience was amazing. Totally reccommended! P.S. wear a cat, cap etc: there can be some fine dusting of sand falling from the top of the canyon, so this was good advice I just want to pass on to you. Enjoy! read more

We had an awesome time on our tour of Upper Antelope Canyon with Tse Bighanilini Tours! Michael was our tour guide. He was incredible! So knowledgeable. When you take a tour, you go to a parking lot with a small office building to check in. They have port-a-potties on site, as there are NOT bathrooms in the canyon. There is plenty of parking, and it's located right off of highway 98. They call groups by name, and you squeeze onto a shuttle to the canyon - takes about 10-15 minutes to get there. They recommend watching the video to see what to expect in terms of getting into/out of the canyon - do it!! So many people were confused because they didn't watch the video. The canyon is gorgeous, and Upper Antelope Canyon is the most famous one. Our tour guide helped all of us get stellar pictures of different formations and shadows. They do accept gratuities, so tip them!! read more

We were both very excited for our upper antelope canyon tour, however, we may have overhyped it a touch ahead of getting there. There were a number of different tour options and we chose this one because of the reviews, and while I'm sure many people have a great experience, ours was...fine. Getting there and checking in is easy, and the ride in the back of the truck took about 12 minutes. Don't get me wrong, the canyon was amazing, but I was hoping for a more robust guided tour. I found myself straining to hear what guides ahead of and behind us were saying, because ours seemed solely interested in photography, comparing iPhone cameras to Android cameras, as well as different settings to use to get good photos and taking our phones to do it for us. This was certainly useful information for before we walked in, but this happened at almost every turn. We got drips of information about the area, but I would say 80% of the conversation was comparing the photographical prowess of our various devices. We also spent far too long lingering, waiting for other tour groups ahead of us (from the same company) to finish up. Overall, it was fine. UAC was super cool to see, and I did snap some great pictures, but I found the overall tour kinda meh. I don't think it's the company as much as the particular guide we had, so you'll have to roll those dice to see what you get. read more

He even showed us how to change the settings on our phones so our pictures would come out better. We didn't feel rushed even though there were many other groups in the canon. We were privileged to participate in the Upper Antelope Canyon Tour on May 12, 2025. It was an awesome, once-in-a-lifetime event. Unforgettable, and well worth the 900 miles we travelled to be there. Our guide was successful in seeing to it that everyone on the tour had a great experience with ample opportunities for photography. We'd like to give a shout out to Lala on the desk staff for saving our day. On attempting to sign in, we found that the third party whom we had pre-paid nine months earlier had apparently failed to advance the payment to the Local Provider, hence we had no reservation. She assisted us in making the appropriate phone calls and and eventually found room for us on an earlier tour (at a lower price!). Can't find words to express how grateful we were for her kindness and efficiency in dealing with a problem for which Tse Bighanilini was not technically responsible. Super kudos ! read more

We took a tour of upper antelope canyon. The tour itself was beautiful and Ver (Jane) was one of the best tour guides we could ask for. She was so knowledgeable about everything and pointed out shapes in the canyon and what to look for. She also helped me with my phone settings to capture some amazing photos! The reason I didn't put 5 stars is because the tour itself felt very rushed. We were on such a time crunch so we couldn't be in one spot for too long because we had to move for the next group behind us. My group brought a professional camera that was a little more manual to operate so we missed some opportunities with that camera because we were moving too fast. If you are going and just taking pictures on your phone it's fine, but if you are going with a professional camera/photographer you may be a little disappointed to how rushed it is. read more

This was an amazing tour of the canyons in Antelope Valley. Our tour guide, Mariah, was fantastic and very nice and informative. However, there was another older, bigger lady with short hair who was sorting groups of people before boarding the vehicles out to the caves who was extraordinarily rude. We were waiting for our group to be called and she kept yelling at us to get back when we were already back and patiently waiting. This lady seriously needs some lessons in customer service and as well how to talk to other human beings in general. She was horrible! The tour otherwise was amazing and everyone else was nice except for that horrible lady (wearing the maroon colored polo shirt). An outstanding experience. My husband and I took the Upper Antelope Canyon tour on May 20, 2024. I watched a few videos so I was prepared for the tour. Our truck had 10 passengers. It's open air so you'll feel some wind and sand. Bring sunglasses and a hat. A short bumpy ride and we were brought to the canyon's entrance. Our guide was Lamoyne and we couldn't have asked for a better guide. He showed us things to do with our phones so we could take perfect shots. He also took numerous photos for everyone in the group. He pointed out unique features in the canyon so we could understand the canyons hidden carvings. Lamoyne offered to take the pictures many times so they came out perfectly. Booked a tour of Upper Antelope Canyon through Viator.com. The staging area is off SR 98, where you redeem your voucher for an actual ticket. The ride to the canyon is in a 4-wheel drive truck outfitted to carry 12 passengers. The ride is bumpy, but not that long. Our tour guide was Clint, who was excellent. He is native to Page, and knows the area well. He was most accommodating to help everyone get their photographs, even offering to take photos of group members if requested. We were lucky enough to have a mid-day tour in May, with plenty of light beams which make for great photos. A truly outstanding experience! A few things to note about this tour: The staging area is at milepost 299 off the highway. I made the mistake of relying on the GPS on my phone for directions, which took me WAY past where I was supposed to be (I actually drove right past it without knowing). So once you are headed east on SR 98, look for the mileposts, and ignore the directions on your phone. The canyon is soft sand, so be aware of that if you have anyone with mobility issues. Once the truck drives up the mountain, you are at the same level as the canyon entrance, but when you exit, there is some elevation gain on soft sand, and a metal stairway to get back down to the truck. read more

He was super nice about my fear of heights (which was not a problem). We loved our tour. While you can drive part of the area in your own car, the tour took us into the private land which was the highlight of our tour. My daughter and I traveled 1,100 miles to get here and we broke down with about 40 miles to go, so we weren't able to make our date. My daughter was in tears because she had looked forward to this trip for months. I came back the next day and explained the situation to Cordell and Charles at the booth. Usually there are no refunds (or room, because this place is booked solid). But both Charles and Cordell went out of their way to squeeze me in. They were both so kind and empathetic towards our situation. The world needs more people like this. They really took time to listen and understand what my daughter and I had been through. I give 3 stars for the canyon itself. I took both Upper and Lower canyon tours and they are vastly different in how they are run. This tour had waaaay too many people going at the same time through the canyon. Additionally, our time inside was VERY rushed. Such an awesome experience! Highly recommend this company. They were great about communicating the details of where to meet, etc. including making sure to point out the time zone. Our guide was named Ty. He was great! I truly can't saw enough good things about him. He told us about the history of the canyon as well as pointing out the best places to get pictures. He would point out the rock formations that resembled different things (bear, heart, angel, etc). He was great about taking group shots and telling us where to stand to get the best shot.
