So organized! We waited in the shade and tour was on time. Buses are new and very nice. Our guide Delbert had SO MUCH TO OFFER. He helped with photography and gave a great and reverent history of the canyon. So genuine. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND

THIS is the tour company you want! We did the Upper Antelope, Owl, and Rattlesnake tour on March 21 and had the best tour guide, NATE! He shared so much information about the canyons and their history. He also gave us brilliant photo tips using our iPhones. Nate was patient, funny, and a wealth of info. We saw other tour operator vehicles in the canyons and ours was the only one that was enclosed and with AC. Total time was about 4 hours. Some light climbing and stairs. Very doable for basic fitness level. I'm 40+, no athlete and was fine. Enjoy! PS. thank you Nate

5 STARS isn't enough to rate this tour and guide. My husband and I chose Antelope Canyon to check off another Bucket List for our anniversary! JOSH was our tour guide, and he was nothing short of amazing! He started by assisting each in our group to set their individual phones on the right lighting/filter; all to capture the perfect photos. Throughout the tour, he provided rich and interesting history of the canyon, so that we learned and could see all that is meant to experience. Josh offered to take photos such as this one to capture memories we will have forever!!! Thank you so much

If I could give zero stars, I would. The tour guide we were assigned -- a man named Roman -- completely destroyed what was supposed to be a special birthday trip for my mom, one we had booked months in advance. From the moment we boarded the bus, his attitude was nothing short of shocking -- rude, condescending, and blatantly discriminatory. When my mom simply asked a question about the tour, he snapped back with, "Didn't you check your emails?" -- dripping with sarcasm and disgust. Moments later, he turned off the air conditioning, leaving everyone uncomfortable, and told us to "be quiet" as if we were children on a school bus. When we calmly asked if that was an actual rule, he ignored us and cranked up the radio to drown us out. It didn't stop there. Roman began threatening to turn the bus around every time someone spoke, as if he was on some kind of power trip. When we asked for his name, he smugly told us to call him "sir" and then referred to us as "your kind of people." That was the moment my stomach dropped -- the racism was not even subtle. One of our group members tried to stand up for us, and Roman insulted him, saying, "Stop acting a fool in front of your girlfriend," when in fact, that was his wife. The level of disrespect was unreal. I was the youngest in our group, and even I could tell this man despised his job and the people he was supposed to serve. We were nothing but polite, curious, and excited -- yet treated like nuisances. It's heartbreaking that we traveled so far, spent so much time planning this, only to be humiliated and mistreated within the first 10 minutes. Afterward, we decided to look up reviews -- and to no surprise, we found dozens of other complaints describing the exact same behavior. It's beyond comprehension how someone like this is still employed as a tour guide. What's worse, when my mom tried to post her honest review about the experience, it was mysteriously taken down shortly after. It's incredibly disappointing that not only does this company allow someone like Roman to represent them, but they also appear to silence the voices of paying customers who dare to speak up. For anyone thinking about booking this tour: don't. Save your money, your time, and your sanity. No one deserves to be treated this way -- especially not while celebrating something as special as a loved one's birthday.

Connie was our tour guide and she did a fantastic job at showing us around, sharing her beautiful culture and even taking some pictures of us! We did the later tour ( 3pm) as the others were sold out, everyone recommends the earlier ones but I don't feel like I missed out on anything. I'm sure each session has its magic in where the sun hits. It was all breath taking! Definitely recommend!

    Unprofessional racist jerk!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could! Let me share my experience: It is a rare occasion for me to write a review whether good or bad, however the experience I had with this establishment was so mind blowing to me I felt compelled to write a review. Maybe I can help people and save them the trouble of enduring what my party of 12 went through. I have been to many different places and have booked plenty of excursions/tours and NEVER have I experienced such disrespect from an individual. Now bare with me cause there is so much to be said (long post warning) We had a 2hr drive to this location , when we arrived we checked in and waited for our "tour guide" Ramon. Some of us went to use the restroom while we waited. I guess during that time "Ramon" arrived and waited on some of us to make our way to the van from the restroom- a total of 6 min he waited, granted I understand no one likes to wait around on people, however we are paying customers, worse case scenario just deduct the 6min from our tour. Anyway as those of us who went to the rest room approach the vehicle he opens the van door lets a few members of the group on the van and then shuts the door on mine and my husband's face. Initially I thought it was in a joking manner so we laughed it off and went to our seats. A friend of mine in the group asked "how long is the walk" Ramon replied: Don't you read your emails? Everyone was a little taken back but we disregard, he starts heading to the canyons and I made the statement: it's hot in here. The driver turned off the air and said "you want to complain how about no air at all." I again laughed it off, my husband (of 23yrs by the way) did not laugh it off and said" that was a bit excessive". The driver Ramon replied: don't be a wise guy and show off in front of your girlfriend. So I just make conversation w/ husband and friends to ease the tension, and he (Ramon) then tells us "to be quiet or he's going to turn the van around" I knew at that point he was in fact not joking with us and was very serious. He then stated "I know your kind". Like excuse me?! What does that even mean , the lack of professionalism and the blatant disrespect is unfathomable. At this point we are quiet cause we paid a lot of money, roughly $1500 and we didn't want to chance losing our money. We continue the drive and we laugh about the bumpy drive up and comment how it feels like a rollercoaster. He YELLED "I said be quiet, or I'll turn this thing around, this is my land" at this point it's scary, it's like a scene out of a movie. I could not believe his behavior or what I was hearing. I then asked why are there no signs that state no talking in the van if it's not allowed and if there was a list of the rules and regulations so that we are being mindful and respectful. He said "I waited 6 minutes for you guys" we apologize stay quiet and then when we are finally about to arrive he says: we are almost there this is the last chance to turn this van around are you sure you don't want to go back. At that point it was intimidating and in a threatening manner. We at that point lost all interest for the tour asked to be brought back, with no hesitation he turned the van around and kept saying I waited 6 minutes. The behavior was really odd almost as if he was intoxicated or under some influences. After we get back we of course we let the front desk know , they were really nice about refunding us but didn't seem surprised and couldn't accommodate another tour guide. I then looked up the reviews (should have done that to begin with- lesson learned) and to no surprise many others had similar experiences. That said it's clear he's protected somehow/apart of the family owned business cause he behaves as there is no consequences and what a shame they continue to allow this unhinged man to continue being employed. I understand how family business operate but this man should be employed behind the scenes and not working with people. It's clear he hates his job, or even worse hate's people - or maybe it's just "my kind". If it's one review you should take serious it's this one I urge you not to visit this establishment, there are plenty of other businesses with actual nice people. We took our money down the street to horseshoe bend tours and that was much more pleasant and actually a really great time!

We had a great trip, our guide was amazing at answering all of our questions and I love the fact that we traveled to/from the Upper Antelope Canyon in an A/C little bus/van. That came in real handy after walking a short distance in the heat. Thank you for the fun ride!

We went on a tour with Connie on June 29th. The staff we encountered were amazing. We toured Rattlesnake Canyon and Upper Antelope Canyon. We learned so much on this tour. Would love to do their other tours next time, just because Connie was so great. The 8am tour time was great, not too hot and didn't feel rushed. A highlight of our family trip!

Be AWARE of the possibility of the same things happening to you as it happened to us. The pictures tell the story. I would call and make reservations or call and guarantee whatever expectations you have will be met and ask for the name of whoever it is you speak to that guarantees the experience you expect.

We booked this tour of the upper part of Antelope Canyon, and even though the weather wasn't cooperating our guide Jayden managed to get us some amazing and very cool pictures. He's passionate about the Canyon and eager to share his knowledge with the visitors. Make sure you book well in advance, early during the year is best to avoid the crowds and no bag is allowed (not even a tiny one), just bring a camera and a bottle of water, that's all you need. Totally recommend this tour!

If you haven't visited the Grand Canyon before, I highly recommend booking this bike tour. Also, mid-October was the perfect time to visit. The weather was so comfortable --- not too hot and not too cold. The tour starts and ends at the Bright Angel Bicycles rental shop inside the Grand Canyon. If you're visiting for the tour, make sure to notify the park entrance --- we heard you can get a park entrance pass at a discounted rate. Unfortunately, we didn't know that until already in the park. Overall, this bike ride is very easy. There is 1 spot towards the end that has a few small up hill climbs but it's overall a pretty easy bike ride. My sister at 20-weeks pregnant was able to do the ride no problem. The information shared by our guide was so great! I don't think you'd get the same information from a self-guided tour which is one of the biggest reasons I'd recommend this bike tour. Our guide was very friendly, very kind, and very informative. Unfortunately, we had 2 couples in our group that loved to interrupt her, talk off topic, and fact check her so that was unfortunate. If you're looking for a tour around the Grand Canyon, book this one!

This in my humble opinion is and has become the top, must visit and see destination in Arizona. Let me try and explain why it surpasses the Grand Canyon. These gorgeous canyons were naturally carved over thousands of years by the combined forces of the eroding water via flash floods and the strong winds interacting with the sandstone. Hence behold these spectacular smooth natural flowing, swirling and narrow rock formations as our stellar guide and the others educated us via words, music and lyrics. The 70 minute tour in the afternoon( & earlier one around 10 am) is timed perfectly to coincide with the proper angles and intensity of the sun's rays as we made our way down to this wonderland. There's only one way in and one way out. As you're walking in there's other people exiting and squeezing through. The tour lady pushed me to the side of the wall at one point as she screamed at everyone to get to the right. There's a photography tour price of $160 which looks like they get better treatment. They block the tourists so the photographers could get their shots. If you ask me there's too many people inside at once. We came here back in 2007 and there wasn't nearly as many people inside so you had some wiggle room. I think the Navajos are being a bit greedy trying to fit all these tours in. They should limit how many people go in per hour so you could at least breathe and enjoy it. The tour lady wasn't the only one yelling. The other tour guys were also yelling at their people. I understand everyone wants a picture but there's no need to be rude. Maybe if they managed their tours better for the crowd control they wouldn't have to be like this. At one point I heard the tour lady say a bunch of us were being annoying. Geez if this place wasn't so nice I doubt people would come. I keep reading the lower AC is better. I will have to check it out. For now I don't think I would recommend this to anyone unless you are prepared to be rushed and crammed into tight spaces. Or perhaps you enjoyed being yelled at and stressed throughout your trip. They even ask for tips after it's over... It's not like they don't make money off of this place already. Shaking my head...
