Plus its easily located in the middle of Broad St, with two cash machines outside that are open 24/7 and are free for all. Its clean, quick and convienient.

Its quite small inside, so at busy times can be ackward with a pushchair. The comfy seats to wait on are also a bit squished together, even though they are slightly out of the way of the main queues. Some of the managers here so try the hard sell on my partner but alway done with a pleasant attitude and normally take a firm no as an answer. There are 2 cash machines outside which frequently have queues to use due to them being the closest cash machines to this part of the town centre.

Not many people can say that they have received excellent service from their bank, but I can!…read moreThe HSBC in Merry Hill is brand new, all fully automated paying in machines and computers etc. If you wish to see a member of staff, they give you a little ticket and the most ive ever had to wait is 5 minutes, and by that time the welcome staff have gave you a coffee and said it wont be long. The staff are always friendly and efficient in anything you ask them! I have never had any problems with my branch and tocuh wood I never will.

This bank always seems quite busy, It is the town centre near where the market is now so is quite…read morehandy. The bank itself isn't the largest but I never seem to queue for long. The staff always seem helpful and the customer service desk is always busy but well staffed. They used to have a car park behind but not anymore. If you are coming in by bus to the town it is quite a trek, I have never had a problem here although with it being quite small can sometimes be a pain getting the push chair round.
