Lately it seemed costs were rising & benefits getting trimmed. I was beginning to question whether this was value for money. With the opening of the private lounge at the well-placed grand central branch, the benefits look much more attractive. It's truly a lovely space in which customers can have a coffee, do some business before they catch a train, or even stay for a couple of hours and do their work. It also has a small meeting room that seats around six people which you can book out. Well done NatWest! You had me at the espresso machine, but those tasty treats as well...

Tried and it was the wrong number, went into the branch and they said they would order me a reminder and advised me I could get money out over the counter. I then went on to think I had remembered my pin number and ended up getting the card kept, went back in and they advised me they would post it out when the machine was serviced a few days later.

They are also not open on the weekends. The staff are not particularly helpful and they seem to take forever to serve anyone. On the plus side it is in a prime location right on the corner by where a lot of the buses stop just outside one of the main entrances to the Kingfisher shopping precinct.
