The staff here have always been very helpful to me here, even though I dont bank with them (my partner does), service with a smile.
Its quite small inside, so at busy times can be ackward with a pushchair.
The comfy seats to wait on are also a bit squished together, even though they are slightly out of the way of the main queues.
Some of the managers here so try the hard sell on my partner but alway done with a pleasant attitude and normally take a firm no as an answer.
There are 2 cash machines outside which frequently have queues to use due to them being the closest cash machines to this part of the town centre. read more
