I've called at different times and on different days, and it honestly feels like their phones aren't even being monitored. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with your doctor's office when you need help or have questions. You should be able to get a response in a reasonable amount of time, especially when it concerns your health.

The day of my appointment I didn't receive a call and I had to call to check and see what happened. Turned out they didn't have me on the schedule which was frustrating. The whole process of getting an appointment, speaking to my doctor, and to get my prescription is such a long process (I called Monday 7/13 and I still haven't gotten a call back for my prescriptions). I didn't know it can take more than a week just to communicate all of this. The manager Gina has been helping me out and I can say that she is beyond rude and unprofessional (she's made this experience for me brutal). I also had to fill out forms before the doctor can be in contact with me and gina wasn't helpful. Usually when you receive forms it marks what you do and don't fill out well in this case when I thought I was finished filling out the forms and sent it through. The doctor's office did have AC, but it still felt outdated. The doctor was very nice, and my appointment was brief and efficient, so I can't fault his care. I've read negative reviews about the office staff, but I didn't personally have any issues with them. Overall, the visit was just average. I can't give more than 2 stars and wouldn't return.
