This has been and continues to be a disturbing and stressful experience. My mother, who has dementia and is an active patient under Dr. Diana Hsu's care, was left without essential medications during a transition to a neurologist. Both neurology offices confirmed that providing a temporary refill is standard practice for primary care physicians in this situation. Despite this, Dr. Hsu refused to refill the prescriptions, stating it was outside her specialty--leaving her own patient without medication. We were forced to escalate through insurance and go to urgent care to obtain medications that are routinely managed in primary care. In addition, our experience with the office staff was extremely frustrating. We often encountered confusion around basic insurance and care coordination questions and had to repeatedly follow up ourselves to move things forward. This added unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. For a vulnerable patient with dementia, this lack of continuity of care and coordination is extremely concerning and raises serious ethical concerns, as going without necessary medication places a dementia patient at risk. This experience raises serious concerns about the standard of care being provided, especially for vulnerable patients such as those with dementia, where continuity of care is critical. Due to the seriousness of this situation, we will be reporting this through appropriate regulatory channels. Patients should be aware of how situations like this may be handled. We are immediately seeking a primary care provider that ensures appropriate and consistent care moving forward. read more

Terrible bedside manner. Both Dr. Diana and her husband saw me on separate occasions. Went in for an annual physical & the male doctor lacked cultural competency and humility, made minimal to no eye contact, gave off cold/careless service & left the room without saying anything, just got up & left. I was confused as to whether I was done. The assistant had to come in to let me know my appointment was over. Also, the front desk staff and the "nurses" are always in a funk, have a terrible attitude, and look very unprofessional, wearing messy hair and clothes. take a shower bro wtf. Immediately changed my PCP. I don't understand how these people run a business. Must be generational wealth because there's no way. read more

Old-fashioned and condescending dr. The male doctor saw that I was short of effing breath and proceeded to give me a prescription for it! No sense of urgency for human suffering. Don't waste time visiting doctors like this. They are negligent and need to find another career. read more

Terrible experience with the doctors. I went in the office due to ongoing excruciating stomach pain. Dr. Diana said it was acid reflux. I went back and told her I continued to have pain. She told me to continue to take the medication she prescribed for the "acid reflux". Due to her negligence I had to go to the hospital and was hospitalized for 1 week due to pancreatitis infection. I had to have emergency surgery and had my gallbladder removed. So much could have been prevented if she had ordered testing. read more

My doctor herself is actually a very nice lady however they are the worst with answering calls or returning calls. I will be changing doctors. This issue is this way precovid. I understand that my health is not their urgency however I have had to call multiple calls just to get an answer to anything!!! So frustrating discouraging and just plain wrong!!!! read more

Although I am not her patient, but I took my parents to her clinic and the customer service was the worst. The only accept cash for payments which is so inconvenient. Also, the whole staff is not friendly at all. You can easily tell that they definitely do not like what they do. I always think that if you do not like your job, go out and find another one, I wish they take the advice or at least change the attitude. I am changing my parent to a different doctor. read more

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL doctor office dr hsu is a joke pay attention to detail be detail oriented who you HIRE the rooms are run down they have mold in there rooms they don't even provide to do blood work at there office all they send you out to get everything done blood , vaccines, general practice so simple to do in the office take your money and time to another practice. I'm surprised to read all these negative yelp reviews on here. This was my first visit here and I'm thoroughly happy with Dr Diana Hsu. She was very professional and listened to all my concerns. The staff was pleasant as well. I was in and out under an hour and this is wonderful considering I'm a new patient. Don't believe the bad Yelp reviews on here. Oh my god a total disaster! I treated with Dr. Diana Hsu back in 2008 prior to leaving the area for several years. At that time back in 2008 I just put up with her believing that I needed someone to see when I need it a doctor. Around 2008 or she began her cosmetic practice and officially advertised Botox in her offices. I should have known then that something was up. Fast forward to 2016 and my first visit to see her. First of all I might say as it should be obvious that she is Chinese. English is not her first language. As I have just moved back to the area I was seeking a quality doctor to follow me on my healing journey having just had surgery for issues that don't need to be discussed. Basically after having to correct her English having heard her mischaracterize what I was telling her she became very defensive and pretty much told me that I was being hostile (could it be that I am an educated black woman?) and that she could not treat me as her patient. She refused to treat me ant further and walked out of the room. This doctor is less than professional. She actually told me that it's not her job to be a perfect record keeper. where in several issues I know it is very important to have as accurate a record as possible. That is her job and that is what she trained for. Needless to say I won't be treating with her and in fact she's done me great favor by making me walk away. I had my doubts with continuing to treat with her even before this event. For the less knowledgeable and non English speaking persons seeking out her services you may do well but for someone who expects a certain level of competence and quality she is just not it. I too think she'd rather do Botox full time. I'll definitely make some official complaints against her. read more

I came in for an appointment and the lady at the front desk told me you missed your appointment 9 months ago so you need to pay $10 or we won't see you. I told them that they should had Gave me a call letting me know I missed my appointment. Not once did I hear from them. Not even when I called to make the appointment did they mention I owe a $10 fee. Lady was not friendly and didn't even seem like she wanted to be there. Also I was suppose to meet with the doctor, he never even came in to talk to me. I'm so glad that I just got referred to a obygn and will NOT ever be coming back !!! She was technically my doctor but she shares her office with her husband, who I mostly worked with. He seemed very unconcerned with me when I would go in to see him and seemed to throw whatever solution he thought I wanted at me instead of figuring out the actual problem. It was also hard to communicate to him exactly what was wrong because of his broken English. But the ONE star (zero if I could) comes from the fact that I was trying to get paperwork signed to get an exemption on my insurance, that I was told by the exemption specialist that I DO qualify for, to see a specialist I used to go to (because the one he refereed me to was the the most uneducated doctor I have ever seen and I have been dealing with a chronic illness for over two decades). I took the papers to his office to have him sign. I called a few days later to inquire when I could pick them up and was informed I did not qualify so he would not sign them. I told them I do qualify and that I would like to talk to him about it. I ended up having to go in over a week later to try and talk to him in person (because he refused to return my phone call and the staff wouldn't answer any of my questions about it) The receptionist waited until EVERYONE had left the building to call me up to the window and inform me he would not be signing them and that I did not qualify. I tried to reasonably talk to them but the doctor (and the rest of the staff) hid in the back and refused to answer any of my questions. I, very uncharacteristically, got upset and even started shouting because of my frustration of trying to get answers for over a week (and being SO incredibly and unable to receive the help I need). I left very angry asking why MY doctor refused to help me when all I wanted was the help I need to get better. That is their job right? I later got a letter discharging me as a patient and suggest I get "a psychiatric evaluation" which is hilarious (especially if you know me) and because all I wanted was help and answers and he refused to see me or answer my questions and instead hid like a coward trying to hid something. DO NOT GO HERE! THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU AND REFUSE TO HELP YOU WHEN YOU REALLY NEED IT! read more
