Days go by without any response, and I've had to go in person just to find out what's going on. It's really frustrating because a doctor's office should be accessible to their patients. I've called at different times and on different days, and it honestly feels like their phones aren't even being monitored. It shouldn't be this difficult to get in contact with your doctor's office when you need help or have questions. You should be able to get a response in a reasonable amount of time, especially when it concerns your health.

The doctor's office did have AC, but it still felt outdated. The doctor was very nice, and my appointment was brief and efficient, so I can't fault his care. I've read negative reviews about the office staff, but I didn't personally have any issues with them. Overall, the visit was just average. I can't give more than 2 stars and wouldn't return.
