I strongly do not recommend this clinic. Giving even one…read morestar feels too generous. I went in for a blood test and later received results, only to be told afterward that the results were incorrect and the test needed to be repeated due to an error on their end. Despite this, there was no clear explanation or follow-up from the clinic. After more than a month, we received a bill, which is what prompted us to call. During that call, there was no apology for the mistake, the delay, or the inconvenience we experienced. Instead, we were spoken to in a confrontational and argumentative manner, being told that because a visit took place, payment was required. It is deeply frustrating to go to a medical facility, pay for care, and then be left dealing with mistakes, poor communication, and an unpleasant attitude. Medical offices should take responsibility for their errors and treat patients with basic respect. I am leaving this review so others can avoid the same upsetting and uncomfortable experience.

The special doctors he refers to the patients are 9 out 10 unqualified useless or harmful doctors who will take the patients into wrong treatment. The reference commission, money, is a key factor why John Kim refers to. 3. Office staff, called Julie, is not aware of HIPPA law which protect patient's privacy. This staff speaks broken English and yell in Korean or English to the patient waiting in the office for the result, "You are XXX cancer" or "xxx ". I will report it legally soon. When I entered the examination room, the primary doctor immediately said that starting in two weeks…read morethey would only be accepting patients aged 65 and older, without giving any further explanation or context, and told me to look for another primary doctor. I felt this was extremely rude. As a patient with HMO insurance, I came for the purpose of receiving treatment. Regardless of the hospital's decision, isn't it essential for a doctor to show ethics and kindness in treating patients? Treating patients with an attitude of "the law is the law, so it doesn't concern us" is unethical. I am very disappointed that this hospital seems to divide patients into profitable and unprofitable ones like a business. I suggest to Change the name of the business for God sake!

As soon as my insurance told me she was an in-network doctor for me, I knew she was going to be my new PCP. I was seen right away. (maybe 15-20 min in the waiting room?) Thuy spent plenty of time with me, addressing all of my concerns and asked if I had any other questions. She also said if I ever needed anything, I could always just call. It made me feel like she really cares. Everyone at the office is extremely efficient; they always get back to me within 24 hours if I leave a message. FYI: they don't draw blood at the office for fasting labs so don't come in hangry for your annual check up. Ask them to send the lab order to your insurance's designated lab so you can schedule blood draw at your convenience. I highly recommend Dr. Ha to anyone looking for a caring PCP!!!!!

Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

They're poorly organized (we scheduled vaccinations for our 4 year old who is terrified of shots...when we arrived to our appointment, they informed is that they ""ran out" of one of the vaccines, so we'd have to come back to get the final one ""whenever we get them".) Her office staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.
