Despite this, there was no clear explanation or follow-up from the clinic. After more than a month, we received a bill, which is what prompted us to call. During that call, there was no apology for the mistake, the delay, or the inconvenience we experienced. Instead, we were spoken to in a confrontational and argumentative manner, being told that because a visit took place, payment was required. It is deeply frustrating to go to a medical facility, pay for care, and then be left dealing with mistakes, poor communication, and an unpleasant attitude. Medical offices should take responsibility for their errors and treat patients with basic respect. I am leaving this review so others can avoid the same upsetting and uncomfortable experience.

Ran numerous test and X-rays, and took the time to really discuss the findings with us both. He then recommended a fantastic heart surgeon, who with the help of Dr. Kim making a call, saw my father hours later. A successful surgery to clear the "widow maker" artery and stint soon after, and my father is doing great. I highly recommend Dr. Kim. It's rare to find a doctor who takes the time to really discuss the findings and help the plan for the future.

I called to inform I'm a new patient. Receptionist took my info and said she had to verify I was covered before making my appt. she never called me back. The next morning I called and was verified over the phone immediately (maybe the other girl was too busy for me) and schedule my appt for the next week and said anytime before the day of my appt I could walk in and have my blood drawn (great! No orders or referrals needed) in the same office. 3.5-4 wait time. Since I was a first time patient they gave me an iPad to use to fill out my forms. I was also able to sWipe my credit Card to save on file for any future payments. This is great since my previous doctors was cash/check only. This process took about 15 min (lots of personal questions, emergency contact, past medical history). After that it took another 15-20 min to be called in to see The doctor. My appt. was 9:20a. I arrived at 9:05a and was on my way home 10:40a 5/5 staff and doctor. My doctor was really nice, informative, knowledgeable and sincere in listening to my problems. She cared about my health AND mental wellbeing. Staff for check in was professional and thorough. Phlebotomist was a young Hispanic girl that was also very nice. However, there's was an older Hispanic phlebotomist that stuck me 3 times even though I told her if she's using that vein then only a butterfly needle would work with that vein. She didn't listen. See pic posted. 5/5 facility. It's easy to find. Both times I've visited I found parking right in front of the building as soon as I turned in. The place is clean and gives a semi-new feeling. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.
