He also thought I only wanted one, when I handed him an email that said I needed four, so he had to do the other 3 after he thought he was done.

I live in San Jose and was driving on the 880 freeway and witnessed the driver of the security vehicle get into a road rage incident with a civilian in another vehicle. The driver was sticking his head out of the window screaming GO at the civilian. He then began to drive erratically swerving in and out of lanes almost causing multiple accidents. The security driver then pulled off to the shoulder cutting of the civilian forcing him to come to a stop on the shoulder of the freeway. The security driver got out of his car and began approaching the civilian driver. He was yelling and screaming and throwing his arms wildly in the air! I believed I was going to witness a fight on the side of the roadway. The civilian driver looked very scared and frantically but his car in reverse and was able to get out of there before the security driver approached his vehicle. Very traumatic for me to witness on my morning commute. When I called the security office to report what I witnessed the gentleman who answered the phone said he immediately knew which driver I was talking about and said the situation will be taken care of. Scary to think someone who is supposed to serve and protect is starting road rage fights on the freeway. Think twice before using this company for service.

Our onsite supervisor, Matthew Johnson, cares deeply about our office and goes out of his way to make sure that we receive the best security coverage. The entire Bannerman support (inclu.Rachel) and operations team (includ. Micheal, Matt, ) is amazing to work with and are always coming up with intuitive tools and operations to better their client's experience. I've experienced this first hand with their newly updated app and dashboard. It is something I have never seen before with other vendors and even with many of the security vendors I've met with throughout the year. You can see your invoice, write instruction to your guards, see the schedule, etc. Booking is extremely easy and all of their guards are highly experienced and qualified! One of our night guard, Brummel, has an extensive background in law enforcement and is extremely professional. Bannerman also highly value their client's feedback and actually take action! I can't say enough for this company, out of alll the new…read morecontractors/services we had to hire with moving, this company (especially Matt and Scott) have been the coolest, most laid back but also efficient and attentive to detail- super responsive and understanding with requests and questions. Ami helped to coordinate installs was a total Angel because our schedule is Hectic and our project of sorting out multiple old systems, broken sensors and contacts, and a mess left by the old company (nothing was labeled or organized) required multiple visits and at odd times- I really appreciate that the installers were committed to doing everything right even though it took more equipment and time than we originally anticipated. Also love the head engineers that are familiar with lots of systems to help with random WiFi/network errors. The systems themselves are sleek and easy to use with the app. The sensors can be delayed or disabled for certain purposes. I also accidentally set off the alarm silently, they called me and the cops, and were able to call off the cops easily once confirming it was me. Lots of nice safety features to this alarm which Scott tested to make sure they worked as needed :) We compared to another well know local company that seemed a bit outdated (no app access/control) and a giant national company (expensive setup, less local, not as individualized attention). Ultimately chose safe and sound for the excellent customer service and highly recommend!
