They do not welcome service dogs . My boy is a registered service dog and was not allowed to enter . I let the staff know I needed him near me and I was allowed to place him on the patio, and by patio I mean outside patio lines. I proceeded to move my service dog close to the back entrance as that was the other limit I was allowed. We were both respectful and well behaved . The ADA , Americans with Disabilities Act clearly outlines That this type of action is an act of discrimination. I understand that the staff were unsure and do not want to allow "pets" to enter. I communicated clearly that this was a service animal I needed near me for emergency medical reasons and I was directed to speak to the owner ... the following morning . I sincerely hope Scott Wilson reaches out to me .

No food but hello shots on command! Services was fast! The bartender had my michelada done before I finished my sentence. Delicious and spicy! Much needed after a long pool day. Ambiance was vibing. Nice people sitting at the bar.

    Chloe's feeling unwelcome.

My partner and I have been here multiple times. Loved the chill and intimate vibe, and the affordable drinks. Unfortunately, tonight was a disappointing experience. After walking our dog Chloe, a small Maltipoo, we decided to stop by since it's the closest bar to our hotel, and my partner, who works in hospitality, loves supporting local businesses. I sat with Chloe on the patio, being mindful of the fact that many places don't allow dogs indoors. However, the bartender requested to see my ID in person for the order, so I went inside, carrying Chloe. Two staff members immediately informed me that dogs weren't allowed, but I assumed they were only referring to the indoor area because we've seen people with dogs on the patio before. I explained, had my ID checked by the bartender, then returned to the patio. Then I was told that dogs weren't allowed in the patio either, which caught us off guard. Even though our drinks were ready, security canceled the order. To be clear, this review is directed at the owners and managers, not the staff who were simply following orders. Please consider putting up a "No Pets/Dogs" sign and ensure the policy is enforced consistently--not selectively or based on feelings towards specific customers. Lastly, please train security to communicate kindly with returning customers instead of abruptly.

Fun dive bar. Good drinks and bartender was super nice. We had fun playing at the pool table We had a great time visiting. Always down for a good dive bar. They even had jello shots.

Budlight and AMI jukebox play my own music... pool tables, darts, and pinball. What else can I ask for?

Fun little local dive bar... Bartenders are friendly and they have pinball machines, one pool table, and AMI (another version of touch tunes).... Happy hour from 12pm-8pm Jell-O shots $2 and you can taste the alcohol... The crowd varies but it's still fun. I enjoyed my time here.

I had found COPA through an online search for large groups, and to be fair, that's exactly what it is. We got the free tickets so had to arrive by 10, and it seemed like from 9-10 they had a bachelorette party focused hour where hired male dancers went around and danced with the bride to bes. We saw this from outside, and were already a little wary. Inside, the space is pretty small and the transition to multiple bridal party groups sitting down to a makeshift dance floor was pretty awkward - there were rows of seats lining the dance floor area. Once the DJ got underway and the dance floor formed, it was pretty fun! They played old school hits for the most part that we remembered from high school and college. It felt very comfortable as we were surrounded by a sea of other bach parties. It seemed like a bit of a pay-to-play situation - certain brides would get taken up on stage to dance, and it seemed like the ones who had paid for the VIP experience beforehand. We ended up heading out around midnight to see if we could find something with a bit more local ambiance and less bach parties, but appreciated the music and comfortable ambiance.

The drinks were strong and well-made, and even though the place was packed, our waitress stayed attentive and checked in with us consistently. It's clear they specialize in more elaborate cocktails, so a bit of a wait is understandable. The ambiance is also a highlight--dark, intimate, and really leans into the tiki vibe. **Night two** was the complete opposite. We accidentally mixed up our reservation time, but since the place was nearly empty, we were seated right away, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, everything went downhill from there. We had a different waitress, and despite being one of only a few parties there when we arrived, we waited **45 minutes** without seeing our drinks--while other groups seated after us were already being served (and even getting second rounds). We eventually had to flag down our waitress, who had hardly checked on us at all. When we asked about the delay, she said they were "very busy,". After mentioning how long we'd been waiting, there wasn't any real apology--just visible annoyance. She told us our drinks were "up next," but after another 20 minutes passed with nothing, we decided to leave after over an hour of waiting. It was disappointing, especially after such a positive first experience. A simple apology or some communication would have gone a long way. Sadly, the inconsistency makes it hard to know which version of this place you're going to get.

The two-top table near the bar, with mustard-fabric lounge chairs on low spindled "moon-lander" inspired supports seem to have jumped right out of a 60's time machine, matching the retro vibe in the whole place. Our server was delightful, regaling us with her informative descriptions of her favorite dishes... it's fabulous when a server knows the menu so well that they can describe not only what's in the dish, but why it's so good. Cocktails were an obvious strength, and after my first choice, the pear-inspired Akita was regrettably "out of stock" (she informed us that they had run out of the fresh pear syrup they make by hand each day), I was steered to the It's Giving Julius. This boozy take on the classic Orange Julius, with a mouth-watering egg-white-textured foam floating on rum-infused a citrus blast. For Gayle, it was a moment to savor the non-alcoholic "Clutch Your Pearls," complete with boba pearls atop an icy lime-green concoction. The entire restaurant is themed on "American comfort food with an Asian twist." And let me say, they nailed it in every aspect. My bowl of Tteokbokk was a brilliant spin on a classic Rigatoni bowl, subbing Korean rice cakes for pasta and gochujang spiked tomato sauce for marinara, but keeping the rich parmesan/mozzerella cheese. At the server's suggestion, I topped it with fried pork belly, well executed and delicious, the entire bowl was light with an arrabiatta-like kick. My wife had the Garlic Noodles... imagine a creamy bowl of chicken noodle casserole straight out of the 60's, but without a can of Campbell's Cream of Chicken in sight. Velvety sauce glazed perfectly cooked Ramen noodles with vegetables and chicken... took her right back to her mother's kitchen where the same dish was the perfect remedy for the flu - comforting and scrumptuous without being too heavy. And finally having not overstuffed ourselves on this trip, we opted for the "poor life choice" of dessert. And after asking for the "simple plate of milk and cookies," the server corrected me and stated - rightly so - that this was anything but simple. Three stuffed cookies: Red Velvet with cheesecake cream, S'mores with marshmellow, and cinnamon filled Churro - nuggets from Heaven's bakery, with a glass of cold milk. We managed to finish it and roll on out full of some of the best food we've had this year. The only minor hiccup was when trying to buy merch on our way out, the front stand didn't have a terminal to let us pay, so we had to seek out a bartender to run our credit card (and they were super busy). A minor complaint in the grand scheme... get those hosts a card reader! Note: We didn't see a single dog in the place... but they clearly are welcome to 4-legged clientele. Such a fun spot.

The matcha latte was subpar and we wish we could've tried the oversized cinnamon roll with Ube cream cheese and matcha powder, but they're fresh baked and once they're gone - they're gone! I would say that this is a cute brunch spot for the aesthetic and vibes, but not the best for Asian fusion brunch.

That said, much of the food was excellent. The Duck Liver Pâté was incredible, and the Red Thai Curry Mussels were unique without overwhelming heat. The Cacio e Pepe was one of the standout dishes of the week. Those thick noodles were fantastic. We also ordered the Steak Frites and upgraded to filet. Unfortunately, it came out overcooked, and I asked for it to be removed from the check. On the other hand, the Smoked Bone-In Duroc Pork Chop was perfectly prepared and incredibly moist. Dessert finished strong. The Aniston's Pavlova was excellent, especially the Chantilly cream. The warm chocolate chip cookies were delicious too, although $15 for cookies is definitely a Palm Springs moment. Pricey? Very. Worth experiencing? Absolutely.
