The technician found the problem Immediately, The switch on the door that shuts off the spinning was broken and needed to be replaced. 5 minutes later a new switch was Put in and the drier was working. And then came the shock when I was presented with the bill for $330.00 after the $129.00 service charge was deducted. What a chutzpah. He opens the refig up he looks in take the temp Gage off take a pic and a pic of my serial & model number. Tell me he would be back. He goes to sit and his Mercedes.. comes back to tell me that my inside theromstat is broken it would cost me over $300. Or replace it. Mind you l had to PD a fee of $75.00 plus tax. I'm like okay...
