In no way did I cancel on him, that's a complete lie. I only found somebody days later on Task Rabbit, after he failed to show up or respond. He could have just said I forgot the appointment or I was busy or I changed my mind. All of those would have been acceptable. To make up this ridiculous story is completely laughable. Shame on you.

I ended up changing the bottom lock as well as the top lock. I wanted a good quality lock. He installed the same lock that he uses at his property. Saving money is not number one when looking for good security. Then I paid him to fix the sliding glass doors. The owner also helped me with hurricane shutters that would not close. He explained that shaking them and moving slowly while holding the upper and lower part of the accordion shutter works best. The prices were reasonable and the value for service received was good. I will definitely use Angel Locksmith every time I need a locksmith now.

Had an ongoing problem with removing key after locking front door and could not get it out one time…read morefor an appointment that I had to cancel. Finally got it our after about an hour of fiddling with everything I could think of ... WD 40, dish soap, etc. but didn't want to go through it again. Called and got a strange recording. Within minutes I got a call back and ended up texting with Sharon. She was patient and asked questions, and within a short time indicated someone could be at my house in about a half an hour, discussed what was the likely problem (something to do with pins in the mechanism), discussed replacing the component and the cost. They arrived a few minutes before the half hour estimate and the replacement was completed and they were out of here in less than 15 minutes. Now can leave house knowing the front door is both secure and I will not have problems getting my key out. Better yet, no delays while fighting to get the key out and can get to appointments on time. Honest people to deal with.
