Our family room carpet had suffered from a large dog, a small child, and our own antics of eating and drinking on the couch. It's an off-white carpet, and it looked like it was time to replace it. We decided to have Spotless clean it instead to see if it could be saved, and we're so glad we did! It looks completely refreshed. The cleaning process was very professional and efficient. Mustafa arrived on time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He started with laying protective sheets on my hardwood floors and corner protectors for the walls/baseboards before treating the carpeted room with professional-grade enzyme disinfectant. He was very diligent. Because of the "deep cleaning" technique, the carpet was still wet when he left, so he offered to leave some high-powered fans to help with the drying time. Having owned a carpet cleaning business in the past, and being a certified carpet cleaner myself, I could tell that his process cut no corners, and I was very happy with the outcome. I would definitely call Tri-Valley Steamers again when I have future needs.

Our priorities were simple: a thorough deep clean at a fair price, clear explanations of the process, extra attention to our stairs, the use of fans for faster drying, timely communication, and someone who was genuinely pleasant to work with. Yama and his partner not only met our expectations--they exceeded them in every way. They took the time to explain their cleaning process and what made their approach different. Yama was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, flexible, and easygoing. He patiently answered all of our questions and even kept the experience enjoyable by cracking a few jokes along the way. Before starting the deep-cleaning treatment, they thoroughly vacuumed every room using HEPA-filter vacuums, which really showed their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right. Yama and his partner worked hard from start to finish, and the quality of the cleaning was exactly what we were hoping for. Our carpets look fantastic, and the stairs received the extra care they needed.
