Lee was just here a little ago. He was great! Great customer service and he did an excellent job with two of our partially broken toilets. Also, the customer service on the phone was excellent. I believe their prices are pretty fair, since they do stand by their work for 90days, and they will deduct what you paid if that fix doesn't solve the problem. I am happy with the service for water heater replacement and new main water shutoff installation at my parents house in Ft. Lauderdale. However, the circuit breaker for the water heater started tripping every time we used the shower. My previous water heater was 3500 watts, the new water heater is 4500 watts. It is on a 20amp circuit. I contacted Trust Rooter and they came back to replace the heating elements with lower wattage. Now everything is working well and no more having to reset the circuit breaker after every shower. read more

I sent out a request looking for a plumber. Trusted rooters was one of the ones to answer my request stating that they had a service fee of $39 which would be waived if there was a repair made. Not a problem I booked online for an 8 to 10 appointment and received a confirmation email stating that they would be here. When I called the company and complained that no one was here yet and that I was not given an update on when someone would be here. The guy called the team and I just received a call from someone from that team. Stating they never received my booking request but yet I have the email stating they confirmed my appointment. Do not use this company. Now this guy George won't stop calling me. I had to block his number because he was harassing me. read more

I had someone come in to repair my jammed garbage disposal. I told the technician that my cold water was turned off because it was leaking, which should have been besides the point. He unjammed my disposal for $200 but then turned back on the cold water and left. Of course it was leaking because that was not what was repaired. I had the guy come back because I don't expect to see a flooded kitchen after a plumber has been in for repairs. I could have turned it right off again but I was angry about it and it was a shock that he left it that way. He came back and fixed the leak but when I refused the additional $200 bill, the guy actually UNFIXED the leak and just turned off the cold water again. Overpriced and unethical. They responded right away, which I liked. They charge a $39 fee to come by, which is reasonable on a weekend. When I explained what I needed done, they gave me an estimate of $180-280, which seemed high, but it was a weekend. The technician arrived on time and was pleasant and respectful. His estimate was $400 plus a part he said I'd need for almost $200. (I think the part was a faucet connector which I see online for under $25.) He then told me he could come back at the end of the day and do it off the books. I still had to pay the $39 despite the fact that I would have never made the appointment if given the $400 estimate. Where do I start? I sent a message via Yelp and received an immediate response. I was able to schedule my appointment for early the next morning. I texted them my address and contact information. I received a text back letting me know my information was received. So far so good! I received a text 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment window to let me know that a plumber was on the way. Service technician Gary McLemore arrived and was welcoming. I immediately felt like I could trust him to locate the issue and repair it. He checked the meter box, turned off the house valve, and performed the normal checks to determine the issue. He noticed the tile business on the other side of my fence and said, "Let me go check over there. I will be back." He came back with pictures taken on his tablet to show me what he found. The tile company water runoff was pointed towards my property. He said that he advised the tile company of the issue and they promised to correct it. I did not have a leak after all. Whew! That was close. When I asked Gary how much I owe for the service call. He said I didn't owe anything. I went from being concerned before he arrived to grateful after he left. I had been having a hard time finding a consistent and reasonably priced plumber since my old school plumber passed away several years ago. Well, it looks like I finally found one. Raymond from Trust Rooter came out and dealt with several toilet issues. He cemented one loose toilet to the floor, did two toilet rebuilds to fix a leaking toilet and a non-filling tank, and replaced two toilet seat covers. As a first time home owner new to the area it has been extremely hard to find professionals to work on our house.
