**INTEGRITY**CUSTOMER COMMITMENT**INCREDIBLE VALUE**RESPECT** Took my Econoline van in for an antifreeze leak. Got an estimate for the water pump and thermostat for under 1500. A friend asked me to try her place instead so I took it to EAS who told me they could beat that price but then gave me an estimate for $7000 worth of work! I was embarrassed to go to back to Trust Auto Center and ended up paying $3000.00 to EAS!!! This was more than double what TAC provided. After paying the $3000 I noticed leaks on my driveway again and took my van back to EAS. They charged me another $800.00 for additional work! Noticed MORE LEAKS and brought it back to EAS a 3rd time only to be told I read the repair order wrong and what was typed out by their employee read one thing but meant another and I was in error for presuming PRINTED repairs on the RO had been done. (And a lot of blame on the employee that helped me who was not longer employed) Tail between my legs, I drove my van back to Trust Auto Center and Andy and Joe spent over a hour with me helping me understand EAS's invoice, the work EAS had done and what I how I needed to communicate with EAS to remedy my problem. TAC did not do any repairs on my van. They knew when I went in with questions that they were only educating me. TAC NEVER CHARGED ME ANYTHING, NEVER MADE ME FEEL LIKE I WAS STUPID FOR GOING ELSEWHERE AND NEVER SPOKE ILL OF THE OTHER SHOP!!!! My initial decision to take my van elsewhere was respected, I was communicated to in a language and manner I understood, and I wasn't charged anything for over an hour of the owner and shop managers time! These guys are awesome! They've been taking care of my diesel Excursions for years, as well as my other vehicles.

Worked on my 2500 RAM. I had an issue with my DPF issue. I have them a three star review but had complaints about the billing. Then Adam used slander and tried to discredit me on their google page. Reason I had problems is that they were going to 1900 for a part that I found on moper wholesale for under $700 with overnight shipping. Adam said it was so fake site, again trying to discredit me. After I called and asked they said it was to warranty the repairs. But they did bring it down my final bill. I do they have quality mechanics. But they will take advantage of you on the billing. If they just would have been transparent then there would have been no issues. And who ever Adam is should be removed. I saw so many post that Adam just bashed people instead of providing a more constructive response. read more

I've been to Trust Auto several times. All of their work has been reasonably priced and completed as estimated. The one time I had an issue, it was taken care of promptly. Very professional and easy to work with. read more

Had my brakes done on my old truck. A couple months later I had a problem, and brought it back. They told me one of the calipers had failed and replaced the part, flushed the system and put new premium brake fluid in it and charged me nothing. They could have told me anything was wrong but they were honest and took care of the problem. Appreciate an honest mechanic. read more

I have been using trust for 2 years and they are far cheaper than the dealer and have done an excellent job on both of my cars. Not sure why you would think repairs to todays cheaply built cars would also be cheap. And an ac system is pretty complicated so if you fix one of 200 parts and another part breaks.. how is that on the mechanic? So they changed a 4 dollar oring on your POS and then another 4 dollar oring failed... NOT WARRNTY not ANYWHERE read more

My truck was stolen and recovered in Greeley. I went to Ford in Loveland for an estimate, they said it would be almost 2 months before they could even look at it. Trust took my truck the same day and is working with the ins company to get me back on the road. Ryan the manager is awesome and everyone is very helpful. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had with a local mechanic shop, and it's sad to think that the entire staff does not have the integrity to take ownership and fix an electrical issue on a vehicle that they caused. I brought my Hummer H3 into their shop because my AC was not working, they charge $200 for an initial inspection of the AC and then they'll gouge at your wallet to repair what the actual problem is. After the initial inspection the mechanic not only caused the traction control light to turn on but also failed to properly put on the fuse box cover and lazily just left it loose in place. After discovering the new traction control error light on the dash directly after my appointment I immediately brought my vehicle back to their shop, only to wait a half an hour to hear from James that his mechanic "doesn't know what's wrong with the traction control" even though he's the one who worked on my vehicle. Instead of waiting for other mechanics to get back from lunch to assist in fixing their mistake, James brushes me aside like my business is worthless and tells me that they'll "figure out what is wrong when I return" to give them an additional $800 dollars of my hard earned money. I call James the night before the appointment and tell him that I do not want to proceed with the fuse box replacement and that I would instead like for them to fix the traction control light that they caused. Instead of James taking ownership for the mistake of his mechanic he decides to try and take advantage of me by telling me that he'll only "figure out what is wrong" implying that I would have to pay to fix their mistake. After telling him that charging me to fix his mistake is unacceptable he then tells me that his mechanic says that the light was actually on before the appointment, even though he himself admitted that the light wasn't on verbally and on paper. I cannot emphasize enough how this company expects their customers to pay for their employees mistakes, and James typed on the receipt that the traction control light was not on before the initial appointment yet he changes his story in order to dodge accountability. James has agreed to refund me $200 for the AC inspection but refuses to fix the traction control, ironic how trust is literally in their name but they lack the integrity and accountability to back up this so called "trust". Update: When I went back to their office first thing in the morning to get my well deserved refund, the first thing James says to me is "I was willing to help you until you threatened me with a bad review." This is the most unprofessional statement I have ever heard coming directly from a manager of a so called "trustworthy" establishment. read more

Wanted double the quote from dealer. After they looked at my car told me what was wrong for $120. I called 5 other auto repair companies including the dealership. Trust wanted double. If money isn't a concern. Throw it away here. read more
