There was a little miscommunication so instead of the 39 minute Express service, it took an hour and a half, but he did some extra stuff in the car so it all worked out. There is no place to really hang out here while you wait, as the closest place would be Cheba Hut or King Soopers, so I had to shlep my wife and three kids somewhere while the work was being done. Bust still not a huge deal. The quality of the cleaning was pretty great, especially compared to Casey's which always does a super mediocre job. For $39.95 not a bad deal if you are willing to find a place to hang out for a while, though it doesn't include an exterior wash. If you want to get an exterior wash, you'll need to use the manual wash there or go elsewhere. I'd give it 3.5 stars, but Josh was really nice so we'll bump it to 4.

But after driving by this place since it opened and always thinking it looked cool, I just wanted to try it. Slightly disappointed. All of the SteamPunk stuff - unless I missed something - is before the wash actually starts. I chose the "Brass Tacks" $10 car wash - not the cheapest or most expensive, but a wash that looked like it would do the job. It got the dirt off, but not the bug splat. I'm including a photo that was taken immediately after the wash. Basically I was out $10 and my car still needed me to wash it by hand. Now I remember why I'm not a drive-thru carwash guy!

I think they should offer a discount if a vehicle only needs minor work. As per this request below, I contacted Breeze Thru as they said "we want to address your concerns…read moredirectly and work together towards a satisfactory solution." **Response from the owner 2 weeks ago We truly value your long-standing relationship with us and appreciate your candid feedback. We understand your concerns about the wash process for Jeep Wranglers and would like to discuss this further with you. The spare tire, if it has a secured cover can actually be washed without issue. Please reach out to us at breezethru@breezethrucarwash.com so we can address your concerns directly and work together towards a satisfactory solution. **So I sent this message to them. Thank you for responding to my review and for your willingness to work with me, I genuinely appreciate it. I do understand the suggestion about a spare tire cover, but unfortunately that isn't a viable option for me. A few years ago I was rear-ended by a driver going well over 75 mph, and I'm still dealing with the aftermath of that accident. Because of that experience, I keep the stock brake lights on my spare tire intact, as well as one on top of the spare tire and another one mounted inside the tire so that drivers behind me have every possible visual cue that I'm braking. Removing and reinstalling a cover each time I visit a car wash simply isn't something I'm willing to do for my own peace of mind and safety. (For anyone that's taken a spare tire cover off, it's definitely NOT a simple thing!) I would really love to continue my membership at BreezeThru...it's convenient and I've been a loyal customer. But paying the monthly fee and then also having to hand-wash the back end or make a second stop elsewhere just doesn't add up. A discounted rate or some other accommodation for Wrangler owners in this situation would go a long way. Thank you sincerely for taking the time to consider my circumstances. I hope we can find a solution that works. LATER THAT SAME DAY I RECEIVED THIS RESPONSE... Thank you again for your thoughtful reply and for sharing more about your situation. We truly appreciate both your loyalty and the care you've taken to explain your setup and the reasoning behind it. We completely understand your focus on safety and why your current spare tire configuration is important to you. Based on what you've described, it does sound like the combination of the exposed spare tire and additional aftermarket lighting is creating a situation where a standard wash isn't able to fully reach or rinse that area as intended. While we do our best to accommodate a wide variety of vehicles, certain modifications, such as uncovered spare tires and added accessories, can interact with the equipment in ways that require us to adjust the wash process. Our goal is always to clean as thoroughly and safely as possible, but in cases like this, some limitations are unfortunately unavoidable. Unlike some other tunnel washes that may decline these vehicles altogether we, at Breeze Thru, do our best to still provide a wash experience with those necessary adjustments. At this time, we aren't able to offer discounted pricing based on individual vehicle configurations or aftermarket equipment, as our pricing structure is designed to be consistent across the wide range of vehicles we serve. That said, please know that this isn't a reflection of how much we value your business; we truly do, and we're grateful you've chosen Breeze Thru. We completely understand that this setup may not give you the full results you're looking for, and we respect whatever decision works best for your needs. If there's ever anything else we can do to improve your experience within those constraints, we're always happy to help. Thank you again for your understanding and for being a valued customer. ****This response was polite but ultimately just restated their policy: no discount, no accommodation, here's why your setup doesn't work well with our equipment. It's not what was promised in the public response to my review. If the real answer is "we can't do anything differently," why was I asked to reach out? I still don't have a wash that fully cleans my Jeep, and the back end requires me to handle it myself. I'd rather see businesses be upfront about limitations from the start than invite a conversation that doesn't actually have room for a different outcome. Breeze Thru, your response is disappointing. If your intent isn't actually to work with your customers, I'd encourage you to reconsider how you respond to reviews like this one.
