I was given a gift card from a family member for Christmas. I decided while visiting my brother and his fiancé to get my car cleaned inside and out. This location is on the frontage road, right off 34 (not business 34 but actual 34). There is a lot of traffic in the area so best to be attentive while driving. This location gets VERY busy, especially on nice days. There are helpful signs about where to pull in and which way is enter and exit. You can choose your type of package and if you only want a car wash or the interior cleaned as well. I do wish this was a touchless car wash. It isn't. There is someone directing people entering the building. You MUST put your car into neutral and keep your hands OFF the wheel/brakes/etc. It is mechanically guided. I do like the 6-8 big fans at the end of the wash, they did a pretty good job about drying my vehicle. The staff is helpful and very busy. They seem young but very respectful. They tell you where to park. It is best to make sure all your trash in the vehicle is out (there are trash cans) and stuff moved (trunk if need be) and then give them your keys. You can sit outside on several benches they have or inside. The day I was there, it was very very busy. At least 6-8 cars deep. They may need more employees. I also learned that you are not allowed to tip them at all. They get paid hourly and according the the young lady I spoke to, they get paid well. I was very impressed with how well they did and being so thorough. The lady I spoke to spent a lot of time on cleaning and vacuuming. Again, it depends on the package you ask for. I got the lesser of the two on the inside. I should have gone for the more expensive one. I am not sure how much they are doing with the pandemic so best to ask. I like my seats being wiped down along with all surfaces inside. Vacuuming the floors, the seats, in between all crevasses. Overall I am happy with the job they did. My only wish is #1 They have a touchless one and #2 trash is picked up more on the facility grounds. There was a lot on the ground that day and I am sure it was due to how busy they were. I've had a wash pass here for several years and I just cancelled it. Service has become terribly slow. It's not uncommon to have wait over an hour for a full service clean. I pulled up this morning with one other car in the bay and it took almost an hour for them to finish cleaning my truck. Employees work at a snail's pace and spend most of their time joking around and talking to each other. There is a lack a managerial oversight and training, and it shows. It's unfortunate, but there are many other options in Greeley and I suggest you look elsewhere. read more

I'm not normally a negative review writer but I feel like I just wasted $40 at this car wash! I understood I was paying for the quicker version of the interior clean. However, for $40 and an 'interior clean' they should at least attempt to slightly vacuum and wipe things down. The interior of my car looked basically the same as when I brought it in which makes me wonder if they just accidentally skipped cleaning it. I just came home, got some wipes and after a quick 5 minute wipe it looked much cleaner. I feel like that's the least they should have done. Came in to get a wash and detail. I bought the Bubble Bath option with the undercarriage wash and the works. Got halfway through and realized the moon roof was open Anyway, it was a great service and when I got through I upgraded to unlimited wash and wipe down. $35 is a great deal for the service. We run down some pretty nasty roads and that undercarriage and my floors get pretty awful. They wiped down every window, vacuumed, and dried my SUV. All that in 5 minutes. Plus, they have free vacuum and trash for those that don't want the wipe down and vacuum. They give free air fresheners and shine my tires. I didn't get a before picture but it was covered in mud and rocks. The dash was covered in dust. 4 days a week I deliver papers up and down nasty dirt roads. I paid for a super wash $45 bucks this is to include drying but my car air dried as 6 employees are hanging out inside. Someone could have dried it while it was waiting to be detailed. I have rated this place before but all the times the windows are left streaky and not cleaned properly. I have been paying and using your car was services at least twice per week. I was not satisfied with the express interior services so I usually pay for the supreme interior services for $45 and to my surprise these services are not superior at all. Staff lacks professionalism and seem to care less about customers. I have brought up my concerns to management and they have simply answered, I'm sorry we cannot meet your expectations but our supreme interior cleaning is not detailed is just a quick 15 minute cleaning. Yes, I get it but how about showing pride, responsibility and not simply doing a sloppy job. Is it not part of your mission "Empower and trust the right people to be successful in their role by washing a lot of cars." How can your staff feel empowered by thinking a mediocre job is okay, not even taking the time to wipe down the dash board, needless you say the staff sticks to "we wipe down all hard surfaces" I do not expected detailed but every visit I have to do the superior cleaning at home paying for inferior services does not make sense to me. I am a regular customer at the car wash, and encouraged my girlfriend to try it out. We both drive for Lyft and Uber, so the cleanliness of our cars is important. She just had her car done, and was in a hurry so she wasn't able to complain about the thoroughness of her job. It wasn't that great let's just say. I called and spoke with the manager, he told me that there was nothing they could do about it because she didn't complain at the time. I have seen the complaints, however I have never had any difficulties with this facility. The drive-through is very simple. Hardly any need to pay for anything but the express lane. From the payment point to the completion it is clear that the staff have been coached by their management to put the customer first and they do that very well. The facility is clean and sharp and there is customer seating inside and outside. Very easy to watch your car and to access your car. The cleaning equipment seems well cared for and works well. There are no cleaning rags or trash thrown around. When my car is done, the staff member brings me my key inside the air conditioned seating space and places it in my hand. The car is cleaned and I'm generally in and out in 15 minutes. Never have had a reason to complain. read more

I continue to use the car wash although leaving disappointed more recently. The young attendant that ask if there is any questions or concern and doesn't relay concerns to their team members either out of unhappiness in their job or inability to communicate with coworkers. Team always adds tire shine when not wanted and can't clean the glass or leaves it with streaks and than jokes about it while walking away. When the car wash first opened they tried very had to provide go quality service and now they provide less than adequate quality. Hopefully they can improve. read more

The biggest disappointment of the experience was the one employee who was waiting for the next car to pull up, had the mouth of a "drunken sailer". Had my car cleaned here numerous times through the auto-wash. It isn't perfect, but those never are. I mentioned one missed spot to management one time, and they were *very* good about swabbing it and running it back through a second time to catch the problem area. I've also done the full-detail service ($120) twice now. While it's not quite on a par with a detail shop where you drop your car off and leave it, it is about half the price. I paid $230 for a full professional detail once - and it was good, but not $100 better than this place. The full service detail does take about an hour; and I've noticed they can rush a bit during busy times and miss a spot here and there - I recommend an inspection before you pull out and mention the missed areas if you don't like it. I think they are A-OK for what you pay versus what you receive, and I believe they are as good - or better than - the old Bear's Car Wash. read more

Just got back from Vail for an event and some skiing. Car is covered in Mag-Chloride. The $13.00 a month for the external wash plus the under-carriage of the vehicle is so worth it. Also, all the vacuums work really well to suck up the gravel from the Ski boots in the back seat. I wouldn't normally rate a car wash, but they do it really well. read more

i had to file an incident report today. after a "super " detail, a knob from my dashboard panel was missing and so was a head rest. Both the person taking the incident report and the person i talked to on the phone said it wasn't their problem- that tehe employees that performed the detail service said both items were already missing. i don't know what they were doing as they damaged my car. the actual detail service was mediocre at best read more

Breeze thru car wash is absolutely horrible! I had my car detailed, and after i noticed the dashboard vent on my car was broken. It was perfectly fine before the detailing. So i went back and they had me fill out a report, and told me someone would get ahold of me in 48 hours. 4 days later i got a call stating that they were not going to cover it because they didn't see it happen on the camera footage, much less even give me a refund on the detail. AWFUL! PLAIN AND SIMPLE. ***New W10th location**** DO NOT take your car there. I took my car there on 8/18/2019 at about 1730. I chose the buff in wax option (most exspensive wash... I believe $35 or $36) my car did not come out clean at all! There was a young man working there who hand dried my car after the wash bay and before the wax bay. He was nice enough. But when I got out of the wax bay and drove in to the free vacuum area I noticed a large area of damage to the driver side and back passenger door. When I reported this to the same young man I was instructed to fill out an incident report. Which I did. The young man stated that he heard it happen AND TOLD ME THAT WHEN HE HAND DRIED MY CAR THE DAMAGE WAS NOT THERE. He also informed me that I would get a call within 48 hours so they had time to check the cameras. The young man also told me that the manager who had just left was no longer going to be working there and he wasn't sure who would be calling me. About 4 days later I got a call from Simone. She told she was the manager and asked me to bring my car in so she could look at the car in person. So I did. She too told me that she would check the cameras and get back to me. Again, several days later I received a call from yet another manager. His name was Walter. He asked me to bring my car in YET again so look at the damage. So I did. When he came out he didnt look at the car for more than 3 seconds before stating that there is no way the damage could have been caused at the car wash. (The car is 2 weeks old) He told me that the damage would go up and down not side to side... I mentioned the fact that there was an employee who told me HE HEARD and SAW that there was no damage to my car during the hand dry. Walter's response was "There is no mention of that in the incident report!" Ok Walter, you got me there. Shame on me for not asking the employee to document that or make mention of it. However the same employee who took the report is the same one who told me this info. So why can't you follow up with him and see if that is true? I asked for a regional managers number and he directed me back to simone. Who of course doesn't answer. There is no mention of any corporate number on the website. Only a place to lodge comments or complaints and the option to send it to the local store. Which is doing nothing to resolve the issue. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH. I can only write about the automatic $12.00 service because that's all I ever get here. It would be 3 stars for the $12 wash because it misses some small places on our vehicles, but the vacuums are free, powerful, plenty of room for parking at the vacuums and you don't have a time limit to worry about, so you can do a thorough vacuum job. The automatic is not 'touchless'. It does a good enough job that I use it when my truck gets filthy. One thing that does annoy me about this place is some of the other customers who go there. What I mean is this; If you know you're going to be going through an automatic carwash, then why is there 500 pounds of crap in the bed of your pick up truck? Because now we all get to sit behind that guy in line waiting longer for him to take all of that stuff out of the bed and put it in the cab of his truck after the attendant tells him that he cannot go through the automatic wash with all of that stuff in the bed of his truck. read more

By far the worst car wash experience I have ever had! Buyer Beware! The short story...had my driver side mirror blown off, they said they would look for it and did'nt. It is their policy to not take responsibility for missing, lost or stolen items. What about busting my mirror. They offered a complimentary service and did such a horrible job that I still had to run the vacuum when I got home and wipe down the dash. Poor customer service. I don't know why this place only has a 2.5 rating, I think they do a great job - way better than Wash-n-Gloss' "European technology" (BS) up on 10th St. These people are nice, they do a wonderful job, and their prices are better. True, they have fewer bells and whistles, but their service is more than adequate for my active lifestyle. It just doesn't make sense to pay more cleaning a car than gets so much abuse.
