A week ago I purchased a polo shirt at , Armani Exchange , I really liked the shirt, but right after 1st 2 hrs wearing the shirt, I noticed that one of the letter came of, or maybe it wasn't there when I purchased it, I honestly don't know. Today I came back to the store, asked a worker (that was a manger Leo - #1 BS guy) to help me, showed him the issue and asked if could exchange it. He took the shirt checked if that is the correct one, he left and came back with another same shirt, but he said that he declines to exchange it because it's in saleable condition, when I asked how it should be saleable if it has a defect, his answer was that he could exchange it but he doesn't want to cause he doesn't like the way I talk, but I have even spoke to him besides showing where is the issue and asking him, politely, if could exchange it. I asked for a Corporate number or Customer Support, he lied saying that there no number, but there is one 24/7 customer support, than I asked for an email and he gave me not existing one, I googled and found the correct one. This is the worst service ever, and how a such person could be a manager of the store.

The selection of blouses and skirts is varied enough that I could practically live in their clothes, and not just at work. During my most recent visit I spotted a couple flirty party dresses that I restrained myself from trying on. I did however try on every other dress they had in the store in my size. Which leads me to my next point; the service here is fantastic. I grabbed half a dozen pieces in an 8 and started to try them on. Three dresses in I realized they were too big, the very nice saleslady stuck her head in my dressing room to see how things were going and agreed I needed a 6. I said "I think I'll get dressed and take a look around for things in a 6", she responds "Oh, don't worry, I'll grab what we have". She brought me every dress they had in my size. Once she had those in my dressing room she set about finding complimenting pieces (a belt here, a blazer there....). They were all very helpful and gave their honest opinions on fit and style. The only thing I didn't love about this store was how small the dressing room was. I had two shopping bags already, plus my coat, jeans, boots, sweater, belt, tshirt, and purse, my stuff alone filled up half this tiny dressing room. Add a dozen dresses, three pairs of shoes, a couple skirts, a blazer, and cardigan, I was almost getting claustrophobic. It's a good thing the sales staff stopped by often enough to take away pieces I knew I didn't want. I left with a sexy pair of loafer inspired heels, a silk dress I can wear all year 'round, and a bright pink leopard print dress that is incredibly comfortable as well as flattering. Bennett dresses, skirts, blouses, jackets and flats. Being in this store makes me feel like I'm in Europe until walking outside the store, which is a plus. He paid attention to my needs, addressed my concerns, and diligently worked to find and anticipate a solution every step of the way. He went above and beyond expectations when it came to finding the perfect suit for my wedding. He took an immense amount of time and care in making sure I was not only happy with my purchase, but proud of what I had bought. He accommodated my schedule by coming in hours after he had left for the day and even coming in during his vacation! I have never met anyone so dedicated, well-versed, and thoughtful in the fashion or sales world. I left feeling very confident and have since associated very fond memories with the suit. Quintin is someone you trust, who makes you want to return again and again to Hugo Boss; he is the reason I continue to recommend friends and family to shop at this location on Michigan Ave in Chicago.
