Due to my physical limitations on driving, once a month my husband drives me to my "traditional" doctors appointment, after that we stop at the 2 dispensaries a few miles down the road. This Trulieve location is a visit I look forward to every month! On my first visit I totally blown away! The staff (all of them) were/are welcoming as soon as you walk in the door, they are also very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and caring, not to mention they listen to your needs and too, what has and hasn't worked for me to form selections that focus on my needs. I've overheard other Budtenders working in an almost identical fashion with other patients. My first visit I was introduced to my Budtender Jordan Diaz. My home dispensary in the Redlands doesn't let you into the dispensary, your in a waiting room of sorts, and they tell you what they have, specials ect... In their defense, it is a very small building..... so with that said, this is the first time I was actually -in- a dispensary! Jordan was a total pleasure to work with. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and empathetic to my needs. A GREAT first impression for me! My last 2 visits, my Budtender was Jonathan Romero. Awesome man, and as with all my interactions with any staff there; professional, knowledgeable, caring, and don't forget this pearl as not all have it - patience, dedication and investment in my case. With my initial introduction to Jonathan I was treated with a "full face smile" (vs the lips only fake smile you get at some *cough* medical reception staff offices), a handshake. He then asked how I was doing, coupled with my input of what thus far was/and was not working for me. To personalize my visit even more, some friendly banter which for me made my visit that much more enlightening and relaxing. This Trulieve location does not disappoint! Before I forget, I've been out of the Army for over 30 years. Trulieve offers a discount for vets, compassion, etc., having been out so long, I don't routinely carry anything on me identifying my status. Trulieve (mixed with behavior, mannerisms and lingo on my part) could tell I was a vet. They gave me my discount right off the bat with the inclusion of me bringing physical proof on my next visit. Super friendly staff. Bennett is the attendant that I saw on my last visit. Trulieve is the only chain of dispensaries that not only offer $75 credit towards $150 purchase after getting a new MMcard, but gives customers the same credit annually when they renew.(Other discounts are available for Vets, Low Income...as well as periodic sales) No other dispensary that I have been to does that. Their vape products are hands down the highest quality. Other distributors are simply inferior. Even at lowest vaporizer setting, other products are very harsh and have a synthetic characteristic in the flavor. Trulieves vapes in 250, 400, 600 and trustik 800mg have natural terpenes and burn smoothly at lowest settings but can get a touch harsh on higher settings. Another thing that I have noticed is that Trulieve cartridges do not clog as frequently as other products. No physical difference is noticeable. It just gets annoying when you have to constantly clear the exhaust to hit your pen. read more

I stopped buying on this dispensary due to the terrible attitude most of the associates has. I have no knowledges at all about cannabis products, so I always need assistance, but it seems they get bored with inexperienced customers, they make eyes when you ask any question, plus they force you to check the tablet, which is not helpful for me, I prefer a person that explain all. However, when it comes time to tip, their expressions change and they suddenly become friendly and smiling. Trulieve was the first dispensary I visited when I registered as a cannabis user. After those experiences, I discovered Curaleaf, where the associates are kind and do not mind explaining in detail whatever doubt or question you have, they are not arrogant as the ones from trulieve. read more

I walked in here on 4/20 to pick up a online order. I was greeted by Christy. Her knowledge of cannabis was great even for a experienced patients like me. I walked in to pick up two items TruClear Syringe, in the same time she quickly showed me what type of new strains were available in stock that day. I picked out the HashPlant crumble. Visited the Dadeland Trulieve location today and was disappointed with the express checkout process. I checked in online ahead of time expecting a quicker experience, but there were four people ahead of me and I was still made to wait in the regular line. It defeats the purpose of having an express option if it doesn't function any differently than a walk-in. My recommendation: implement two separate lines and call names for those who have completed express check-in. The current setup is frustrating and misleading. Super courteous and professional staff. It's always a pleasure to pick up my prescriptions. The selection is pretty good but they do run out of certain products on occasion which can be a little annoying. The website and ability to prepare an order through it are pretty good. Truelieve Dadeland is the best location. Everyone is extremely friendly and knowledgable. Christy has helped us several times and is AWESOME!!!!
