He explained to me over the phone how to check it out, so I did. After talking to him a second time he said, bring it in and I'll warranty it, which I did also had him do one other repair and replace the fuel filter. When I went to go pick it up apparently a fuel filter and a brake handle cost more than $207. He caught a bad attitude and said "what do you expect me to work for free. Pretty horrible turn of events after being treated so well the first time. In short, just make sure you get a quote instead of a handshake deal. Their Shop rate is $150 an hour.

He communicated clearly and made the whole process simple. No pressure, no games--just a professional experience from start to finish. He went above and beyond--spent extra time going over my bike with me, and even strapped it into the trailer and showed me some helpful tips for doing it myself when the time comes. This isn't a dealer that magically disappears after the sale. I would definitely come back for my next purchase, and highly recommend this place to others!

Absolutely terrible experience with Kawasaki Bellevue. I was repeatedly lied to about how long…read morerepairs on my jet skis would take, and every time I called I got a different excuse or vague answer instead of honest communication. What should have been a reasonable repair turned into months of waiting with almost no accountability from their staff. To make things even worse, they held my jet skis in their yard for so long that the motor ended up no longer working properly afterward. The lack of care, urgency, and professionalism was unbelievable. I trusted them with expensive equipment and felt completely taken advantage of by the end of the experience. If you value your time, money, or property, I would strongly recommend going somewhere else. There are plenty of shops that actually respect their customers and stand behind their work. This place does not.
