This guy took his time explaining things to me and talking to me on the phone and I thought: if he's this thorough with a phone call, I'm inclined to think he will be thorough with a house inspection. And he sure was. My dad is an engineer and was impressed by Andre. We had three different house inspections with Andre and were impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. Our fourth house inspection had to be done by someone else due to timing - and that's when we really saw just how experienced and top quality Andre's inspections are. The contrast was interesting. The other person's inspection was fine, but Andre does a walk through with you that is really helpful and the other company did it digitally which I didn't prefer.
