The light fixture I had installed above my island was missing hard to find pieces. I went to Maple Ridge Lighting to see if they had the parts I needed. I spoke with an employee named Scott and he was EXTREMELY helpful. He didn't have the parts I needed right then but he took down my number and called me an hour later to let me know they had them waiting for me. Not only was he prompt and courteous but he also did not charge me for the replacement parts. I would recommend Maple Ridge Lighting to anyone and everyone. The bulb I had brought in for replacement couldn't be replaced for no apparent reason. Staff didn't really answer any questions as to why or where i could go. All of this being after they gave me the wrong one (I brought mine in and she didn't even check the bulbs male end) And had so return it. After several days they had called back with a website I could buy it off. Overall not that pleasant. Will be going elsewhere next time.

I think we had the pleasure of meeting all of their crew and wow...what a great team. The This company is super accountable and responsive. We are very ,very, thankful that we chose Premium Electric to renovate our 1945 farmhouse decrepit , dodgy electrical . Also, to decommission a nightmarishly dangerous grow up warehouse that was at the far end of our acreage . From new fuse-boards , security lighting , internal lights , well pump lines , 'entire house and well pump back up 'natural gas generator, kitchen , bathroom, wifi/ cell phone controls lights , , heating / cooling system prep & electrics we are finally feeling secure and up to date with great tech . He charged $300 for labour + $100 for a $50 part! Visit #1 - $131 to look at thermostat wires, Visit #2 - $65 to remove old baseboard from wall, Visit #3 - $200 to install new (?) heater on wall...charged $100 for labour + $100 for a $50 part!). This heater rattled & banged...hardware store said it's faulty..probably broken sliders? Then he came back on Visit #4 to install a super hot convection heater that had my walls, windowsill & blinds burning hot in 10 minutes....couldn't use that! Fed up, I hired someone else who only charged $90 to install a new heater + thermostat ($75 for both) that I bought. Now it's working fine. Avi refused to refund my $400, and only said he'd give me back $100 if I signed some kind of letter! No. And he wanted 2 complimentary online reviews. No. Would I ever hire him again or recommend him? No. Very disappointed.

This was due to the company wanting to also replace breakers and thermostats that don't need to be replaced even when I told him he was still advising replacing items that don't need to be replaced. I went with another company that was more reputable that quoted $500 after tax to do the same job
