Centra did a great job replacing all of the windows and sliding doors on my home (24 pieces). The work was completed in June 2018, and since then I have been extremely happy with the quality of the product and the workmanship. Every part of my experience was positive: the sales rep was friendly, informative and knowlegable, the pre-installation review was thorough, the installers were very professional and cleaned-up every day, and the service team for a follow up visit on a minor detail that was missed was prompt and hassle-free. Although the work was scheduled for 4 days, the install team foresaw an additional time needed to get the job done right and there were no issues from the office to keep them there an extra day to ensure the job was done correctly. One of the best parts was that upon completion of installing my window and replacing the wood trim the installers added a full coat of paint (rather than a quick touch up over the nails) on the wood so I didn't have to get back up on the roof to do it myself. Centra Windows crew arrived exactly at the advertised time, were courteous & friendly and were careful & considerate of our home, laying out drop sheets in all halls & stairways where they walked. Boss Scott & his crew Trystan & Tenzin had two sets of the old aluminum patio doors out in a couple hours, all glass survived removal & installation of new vinyl patio sliding doors went smoothly with a lot of attention paid to carefully integrating to the building envelope & thoroughly caulked any possibilities of leakage. Aside from great work on site, the product itself seems excellent, huge improvement over the previous glass doors was immediately noticeable & the warranties are pretty comprehensive. All aspects of operation, daily use & maintenance was carefully explained to us. Cleanup afterward was thorough. While this may not have been rock-bottom prices, bigger discounts are available if we had additional work (other doors, other windows) done, but we didn't require it & we feel we got great value for what we paid. When our other windows & doors eventually need it, we will definitely consider Centra again & recommended them to our neighbor. read more

So I have had a fair bit of work done on my home that I own right here in Walnut Grove. I can say out of all the work that I have enlisted to be done to the my home, this is the one job that I feel totally happy about. Right from the time that the crew showed up, to the cleaning of the glass, they showed they cared. So when about a year and half later one of my little fur babies put a tiny hole in a screen right at the bedroom window I called Centra and they said just bring it down and we will set you up with a new screen. So I thought ok - I will drive down to the Centra Langley showroom which is also their manufacturing plant and then be told to wait to get it fixed up. So when they said "oh just have a sit in our show room and help yourself to a coffee or water and we will fix the screen". My first thought was ok this is it, now I have to wait an hour - but within ten minutes they handed me a brand new screen. Top notch service from the get go right ,very happy customer read more

I just had my 50 year old windows and doors replaced by Centra. The sales rep (Raymond Charron) was very professional and helped me through every step of the installation process. The installation started on the day and time specified in the quotation and was completed two days ahead of the plan. The installation crews were professional, courteous and had an almost fanatical attention to detail. The doors and vinyl double-paned windows seem to be quite well made and really add to the exterior and interior appearance of my house. A very good job done on time and for a reasonable cost.My only regret is that I should have had this done years ago. The difference in heating requirements and noise suppression is quite remarkable. All in, I would have no problem whatsoever recommending Centra for getting this kind of work done. read more

Justin came to give us an estimate on the 7 windows we wanted replaced. It's a nearly 70 year-old house and so it's mostly single pane, aluminum or wood frame windows. He listened to my concerns, mainly the cold kitchen. He pointed out to me that a newer kitchen window was failing. I hadn't considered replacing it but decided to take his advice. Dennis and Dustin came to do the work, and found rot in the kitchen window sill, that they fixed at no extra cost. They were so pleasant to have around. They completed their work, cleaning everything up and taking everything away. The windows are beautiful and make our home feel newer. We are so pleased with their work that we are looking forward to having them back to replace the remaining nine windows in our house. We highly recommend Centra Windows. read more

I called Centra based on the recommendation of a neighbor that used them. I was not disappointed at all and have also recommended them to another neighbor who has decided to use them as well. The quote was the quote (ask about possible asbestos / lead remediation if you have an older house). The real magic was when the boyz showed up, Omar, David and James. On time, courteous, respectful of our home. They took care of the details, I noticed because I am a bit OCD. These guys were fun to talk to on top of being work driven. The job was completed exactly as they predicted timing wise and when it was over they cleaned up like they were never here. Mark gave us lots of options and explained pros and cons of each, I didn't feel at all pressured and of the three companies I spoke with, Mark left me feeling the most confident. Al, Slater and Dave were amazing. Really happy with the product and the install. The trim work is beautiful! We selected black casement windows with Low-E 366 and the Neat coating on the glass. We could not be happier with our choice. The added curb appeal is dramatic with the black windows and white trim. Many of our neighbors have stopped by to compliment us on the workmanship of the Centra installation team. We have also noticed a huge difference with the temperature control in our home; it stays much cooler on hot days. Centra replaced windows on my balcony. The screens kept falling out so they sent a service guy out to remeasure and then to bring back the new screens. This morning I have completed my fourth request. How hard is it to measure and get the screens to fit? One of the screens keeps falling out even when the window is closed. This is the fourth time I have to make arrangements with my work to be home for the measure and refit. Really? The cost of doing business is very high for this company. read more

We had 7 windows and 1 sliding door replaced during COVID. Trystan and Nick S were curteous, on time, left the job site clean and used COVID PPE. They did a great job installing.
