One window is almost impossible to open because the winder is out of reach, and they installed the wrong window in my kitchen--one meant for a bedroom. It was clear there was no attention to detail, and the overall workmanship was poor. The financial terms were outrageously unfair. In the first year alone, $1,700 went to interest and only $200 came off the total, while my payments barely made a dent. The windows are not Energy Star rated, and the final price was $2,500 higher than my original quote. Furthermore, Central refused to provide proof of purchase or details on any rebates. After all this, I received a new competing quote for top-quality, triple-pane windows--fully to code and egress standards. Not only is this quote $3,000 cheaper for the same work, but these windows are also eligible for a $950 rebate per window. I paid $15,000 for only half of my house's windows with Central, when I could have had much higher quality, code-compliant windows for a fraction of the price. The outcome of Central's poor installation and misleading terms means I now have a three-bedroom house instead of five, affecting my property value by potentially hundreds of thousands of dollars. To top it all off, they included a balloon payment of nearly $14,000 after five years, on a contract that was inflated after signing--and several windows don't even function correctly. Subsequent home inspection sound of the alarm testing the windows and determining that they were no better than single payment. Terms of view value and replacement recommended only four months after the new windows were installed.?? I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. There are far better, more transparent, and reputable options available that will deliver on quality, compliance, and value. I will enact legal action as the rep D Damon has refused to provide any warranty or remedy.

They actually ended up outsourcing it to another company who had 2 people for 3 hours doing the install. They installed the door flush with the interior wood frame wall, not the drywall, meaning that the door is sticking out too far on exterior, and extra work had to be done to mask the interior issues. French doors - the jam/frame is not rigid, is completely flexible which is a nightmare to install. They need to make the frame rigid, by having a wood core with fibreglass exterior. It seems like just cheap plastic and the frame now is not straight. Management does not seem to care about customers and does not want to hear feedback on products.

To get a U-value down to close 1 you have to get triple glaze PLUS all the coatings which makes their windows completely. I've never had calls go unanswered and emails with no reponse. My only problem which is what you get for cheap service is the poor communication. Raymond was supposed to be scheduled for a different day in which the time was verbally confirmed with him not once but 3 times and then she shows up on site 2 hours later so I need to drop everything? Communication was a huge issue. Also he kept mentioning at least 7 times for payment before the work was done. He was way too concerned with getting payment than he was with actually doing the work and a good job first. These two things irritated me.
