This was not their current practice, but was approved by an on-sight manager (or asst mgr). The sales rep was told to make a note on the delivery invoice by the gentleman he spoke with. WELL...today, the delivery team, with Premier Couriers, showed up and told me that they could only move the furniture to the curb and would not remove it. Of course, my salesman was off - I was contacted by a manager and he (Alex) was going to contact the owner and call me back; (but the sales rep was also contacted & he called me- apparently I misunderstood what he said - but I had a witness who heard the same thing). LONG STORY SHORT - decided to have the sectional delivered & sofa/love seat moved to the curb. NEVER received a call back from Household Furniture, you need to and received no apology.
