Upon approaching the service desk Joe Garcia was very attentive to answer my questions in reference to the washer I was looking to purchase. I can't say enough about the customer service I received by both Joe and Mario. Can't say enough about the Deliver driver, he was working solo but knew what he was doing, he delivered and installed in less than 30 minutes, very courteous and professional. I walked in and when I met with the lady I was supposed to meet with, she was rude, and did not help me at all. She could not wait to get me out of the store, and back to her desk! I could not believe it! I was one of two customers in the entire place. I left, very dissatisfied and disappointed, to say the least. Customer service does not exist whatsoever! It is not their first priority. I emailed them requesting a quote and specifications to the appliances I was interested in. However, I have YET TO THIS DAY to HEAR from them! It has been over one week today. Therefore, and as a result, the very next day, I went to their competitor, and received the best service imaginable. I now am going to be ordering and purchasing my new appliances from Builders Source Appliance Gallery. They took the time to listen, answer each question that I had, and printed, and emailed me the exact specifications for each appliance that I was interested in. They were straightforward, and did not make me feel like I had no idea what I was talking about.

I kept asking and was assured it would be delivered that same day. At 5 I called to see if I could get an estimated time of arrival because I wanted to go have supper with friends I was told no eta but it would get there. I asked what the latest delivery time was and all they said was until the last delivery. Well I ended up sleeping on the couch because they never showed up. I got a call in the morning telling me they never gave the order to get delivered. I was told it would get done today. No eta. I asked if i still had to pay delivery and Alexis my sales guy said he would get it reduced for the inconvenience. No eta so again I can't plan on going somewhere because I could have to leave in the middle of my plans. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. Buyer beware and stay away from a company that only wants a quick sale not a loyal happy customer.
