Our GC contacted the management team, and they graciously credited twenty broken tiles, which amounted to a $2,100 credit. She made an appt for us to meet with one of their in-house contractors (915 Prestige) for estimate on Monday Feb 10. Thought we found the perfect place until the contractor arrived and then went downhill from there. Estimator appeared to be in a hurry, and didn't take any measurements. Before leaving he stated estimates would be sent to store designer who would then contact us for project cost. I ensured that he had our correct contact info since he stated the designer didn't provide our email. I then returned our borrowed tile samples on Thursday Feb 13 and to follow up on estimate status. Informed designer was out to lunch and left my name and phone number with store staff. As of today, Wed Feb 19, have not heard back from either store designer or contractor. At this point I have engaged other contractors for the project due to lack of follow up with us. Experience has left us very disappointed and takes them out of contention for any future projects.

From the beginning, it was clear that the ReBath team did not have clear communication among themselves. The consultant was able to answer all questions, but it was later discovered that answers given were incorrect. When changes or decisions needed to made, management took it upon herself to make those decisions for my parents. From the consultant to management to the installers, all gave inconsistent information, which led to confusion and mistakes throughout the project. Management was also lacking. There did not seem to be clear oversight or accountability, and when issues came up, they were either ignored or addressed far too late. Communication was inconsistent, and it often felt like no one was taking ownership of the problems. The consultant sent out was not properly trained. When management was asked regarding training, she stated she does not go over new contracts completed by new consultants to correct mistakes. One of the biggest issues was that incorrect supplies were orders, which cause unnecessary delays and added frustration. Instead of resolving things efficiently, the process became drawn out and disorganized. We were informed the project would take 4 days to complete. It ended up taking 4 weeks to complete due to having to reorder supplies and scheduling conflicts. Overall, what should have been a simple remodel turned into a stressful and disappointing experience, especially for money the company charges for products and installation. I would not recommend ReBath of El Paso based on my experience.

One huge incentive was the free flash light with every purchase. With the remode/addition of all-glass/automatic opening doors is truly wonderful. Probably the single greatest item(s) I have purchased and will continue to buy there are LIGHTS! Specifically, the triangular safety, head light, and 107-led flashlight, all of which I have installed upon my bicycles. I have little doubt that I'm still alive is due to other road users being alerted to my presence (at night) is because of VISIBILITY! THANK YOU! IGRACIAS! Another item I frequently use is the super glue, both liquid & gel. Many things are patched using this great stuff; that means less in the landfill. Another item is the 5-pack of split leather gloves. When I need to protect my hands from splinters/shards/sheet metal/etc., I'm always grateful for these gloves--its much better to tear the Gove than my skin! HF is an excellent source for lots of items that I constantly use with my many tasks around home or traveling abroad. HF definitely has my coveted "iWheel of Approval!"

Plenty of food options... not much parking that's convenient. You would best overshoot the Walmart parking and after their last entrance on Mesa St., park, and then walk back to the Market. It's not entirely overwhelming, and you can see everything they have and try anything you want in about an hour's time with no rush. All the vendors are ready for contactless payment, but they take cash too. if you need cash, an ATM is close by. The food trucks are towards the front, and the vendor tents are well organized into columns along the center of the market. Everybody from the vendors to the market goers were all friendly and at around noon, the market was bustlin' but not overly busy. We bought some farm fresh honey. The kids were amazed by the 3D printed creations, the freeze dried candies, and the desserts available at the market. The kids also were entertained at the Build a Pen vendor. They spent a good 10 minutes deciding on the various bobbles to personalize their new pens. it was fun.

It seems like it's a bit hard to social distance because the space is kind of small. I felt pretty comfortable since everyone I saw was wearing a mask and it's held outdoors. There was a lot of snacks I wanted to buy. Some vendors had some delicious looking desserts, especially cookies! Yum! I'll definitely stop by again. All of the vendors we bought from were nice and helpful. This market is usually located in the Hobby Lobby parking lot on North Mesa. It's usually there every Sunday between 11 am and 3 pm. They sometimes switch locations. It's best to check their website uppervalleymarket.com and/or follow their social media @uppervalleymarket to stay up to date on what's happening each week. I would definitely recommend and plan on coming back. I need to get my hands on some of those cookies I saw! Why I left without taking some home is beyond me! Oh no...sorry, I'll have to wait until one young man looks at the screen/phone in front of him, the other does the same...they finish their conversation....sigh... And then...one just looks at me. Well I've realized now what I'm in for so its alright, I got you....I say...'Wallpaper' Both just point to a corner with books. No one comes from behind the counter to say, I don't know...'let me show you' or 'what exactly are you looking to wallpaper' or 'are you looking for a particular product'? NONE OF THAT NOW. Okay...well I'm out on a long holiday weekend and I"m determined to find the right product and the right process - meaning do I need to have my own contractor? Do they work with certain people? How does this work? Well, some success here - a tiny discussion with each other and they hand me a contractor's card - someone they've worked with before and he works well with wallpaper. Okay...progress! So...how does the process work? 'Well, he'll measure for you, you'll need to contact him, then we'll order whatever and it'll take a few weeks and he'll take care of it' Cool...cool, that's reasonable. Okay...another question...'so I'm looking for wallpaper for my bathroom, do you have vinyl samples?' Ha! 'No...just paper...we don't have vinyl...! *Said with a 'psshhh, lady what are you talking about' tone* Well....at least I know what I'm doing! I never spoke with them again - took the card, found the paper, took the information and found another store in town I'll be working with going forward once I find my paper. Now....don't let me stop there....another woman walks in...one young man at the counter doesn't greet her...no 'welcome how can I help' type deal. She figures she's on her own, starts shopping around and finally walks up to the counter. Young man doesn't look up (don't forget I'm already on my own looking at wallpaper books and she's the only other customer), doesn't greet her, just stares at his 'screen'. Finally, the woman says, 'let me know when you're ready to help me' and walks away. Maybe he got the hint? He gets up after a minute, walks over to her, doesn't say anything and she thankfully knows what she's looking for and starts asking for various products. He answers her questions, gets what she's looking for, and she finally leaves. I won't bore you with another lengthy description here but this is repeated for the other woman that walks in the store. When a contractor came in, the other young man jumped up and walked straight to him, asked him what he needed and started immediately working on his order. Interesting contrast in service here I think... I will NEVER be in that store again if I have to drive around the entire town first. If you don't appreciate the customers you're their to serve and the money in your bank from their patronage - LEAVE!

Nowhere on the website nor anywhere in the store, especially in the dog bathing area is there any signage stating this store's policy. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Chloe, who was arrogant, smug, condescending and completely unprofessional. I do plan on calling corporate and go talk to the store manager in person. I suspect they were short staffed because someone usually has to clean the area after every dog finishes bathing.

I have had my dryer over a year and it works great. The refrigerator I bought conked out and needed some replacement parts. Sergio is as good as his word. He has been over twice to fix my fridge. Once to get it going until the part came in; once to put in a part in lieu of the one he ordered. When the part he ordered comes in, he will be back to install it to complete the job. Great service. I recommend this business to anyone who is looking for appliances and doesn't want to pay the big bucks for brand new ones. They are on the corner of Dyer & Fillmore.

Marco sat with me and helped me search for something that was to my liking and size for my home. I felt so at ease and not under pressure that I left there with a sectional, table set, and a bedroom set. Items were ready in just a few days, but I was out of town for 2 weeks and he held them for me without worry. They came to set it up as soon as I got back and helped moved things around in my home to my liking. Definitely an ecstatic costumer!

He said my sofa would be delivered that following Monday (in 2 days), while my dining set would be delivered that Wednesday (in 4 days). It is now Thursday, Jan. 30th, and I am still here, dining set-less. I called them diligently, and every day, they had a new excuse: ohhh our truck broke down & it had to get towed; OR the distributor ordered the wrong set; OR the owner, Ely, told me it was on its way but "OH by the way, we're sending you a different table from what you ordered because the one you wanted didn't come in"; OR they just never called or showed up when they were supposed to. WHO DOES THAT?! Who just tells the customer THAT HAS ALREADY PAID IN FULL that they're gonna get sent a replacement dining set because the one they paid for didn't come into the factory that day. WTF IS WRONG WITH YOU?! What kind of businessman are you, and what kind of ethics does your company abide by?? NONE, apparently. So I finally just spoke with them now and SUPPOSEDLY their distributor stopped making the table I ordered. HOW CONVENIENT. And when I speak with them, they speak in such a condescending tone too, claiming I didn't like what they sent, even though it's "sooo beautiful and even more expensive" than what I originally ordered. I DON'T CARE IF IT'S HAND-CRAFTED IN GOLD BY POPE JULIUS II HIMSELF -- I ORDERED WHAT I ORDERED & I DON'T NEED ANYONE TELLING ME A REPLACEMENT IS JUST AS GOOD. The customer should always be right, especially a PAYING customer. I held up my end of the bargain, but obviously, Ely Arreola and The New Venetian Furniture Outlet canNOT. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. HORRIBLE businesspeople who do NOT by ANY means honor their word or try to accommodate the customer's concerns at all!!! I can't stress enough how horrendous my experience with them was.
