Tractor Supply - The proof of discount that was not given to me - Outdoor Power Equipment Services Near Me - El Paso, Texas

Tractor Supply has been until today my go to place to bath my dog. I arrived around 7:15PM and was told by an associate they close the bathing unit 2 hours before the store closes to sanitize the area. Nowhere on the website nor anywhere in the store, especially in the dog bathing area is there any signage stating this store's policy. Anyway, I asked to speak to a manager and was directed to Chloe, who was arrogant, smug, condescending and completely unprofessional. I do plan on calling corporate and go talk to the store manager in person. I suspect they were short staffed because someone usually has to clean the area after every dog finishes bathing. read more

I can't really think of anything that makes me not like this place. The staff is helpful and very nice. This is the second time I take my dog in with me and she always gets a treat. They have the best value for my pets food and if it's not there they will let you know when it will be in stock again We can spend hours going through that store and not ever get bored. read more

Love the customer service from Lori on the sales floor. She had a lot of ice to share with and just a great overall person to talk with. The cashier was very helpful we got a tractor supply card with them to gain points and rewards through the store. Also talked to her and got great advice from her also. read more
