Horrible Experience -- Pet Owners Beware (This Location Only)…read more I've always loved Pet's Barn and have shopped there for years, but this particular location completely disappointed me. I recently bought a bag of Pet's Barn brand dog biscuits and was shocked to find bugs and unhatched worms inside. My poor dog ended up sick for days, which led to a hefty vet bill. When I went back to the store, they offered to replace the bag with another premade one -- but when I got home, that bag also had bugs in it. I returned later that afternoon to show them, and the staff were extremely rude and dismissive, even after I pointed out that another product on their shelf also had bugs. They offered to let me "hand-pick" biscuits, which I refused because I wanted a sealed and safe package. When I tried to pay the difference for a different product, I overheard the associate confirm with the manager that she could process the return, but she still said she couldn't and just apologized. To make things worse, they didn't even remove the contaminated biscuits from the shelf. Do not buy Pet's Barn brand treats from this location -- multiple bags were infested, and they clearly don't take proper care or responsibility. I still love Pet's Barn overall, but this store needs serious attention and better quality control.
