That got me a bottle of shampoo and 2 towels. Now, if anyone knows a Great Dane, u will know that one bottle isn't enough. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if there was anyway I could get more shampoo, he told me yes. That they start off with one bottle, but that it's unlimited shampoo!!!! I was in awe. That's awesome. So I ended up using 5 bottles. And every time I asked for a refill. I was met with a smile and the guy offered to help me. I'm a man. I don't need no help from another man lol. Anyways. I used the first two towels and thought I would try my luck and ask for one more. Again the gentleman told me that there is no limit on towels either. They just don't bring out 100 towels at once. The owner was a woman who was very knowledgeable on all breeds on dogs and how to groom them. She schooled me in how to feed and care for a Great Dane and I'm the owner!!! Hahahaha it was awesome. The lady was very kind to my dog and even did the nails for free. Let me say that bane loved her to death. The place is nice...there are tubs to the left and a table to the right. The gentleman explained that the table was for people to sit if they got tired. I thought that was nice. There is a tv to the right as well. The owner had on kids movies. There was another couple There with their 4 and 7 year old and they were watching movies while the parents washed the dog. Let me say this. Anyplace that offers that kinda service is phenomenal. The other couple was happy cuz their kids were out of their hair hahahahaha. The cement was painted and it was nice. Very safe. No slipping . And behind the counter was a wall full of pictures of dogs. The owner called it the wall of fame. New customers, existing customers and doggys who have passed are on that wall. That was great. She took a picture of bane and he is now on the wall of fame. I love it. Let me close by saying this. The staff is friendly. They know their stuff when is comes to dogs. They are very helpful and they are pet lovers. The place itself smells clean and the dogs weren't out of control. Most grooming shops are stinky and nosey . All the dogs that were there for grooming were calm and relaxed. Dead giveaway that they are treated well there. I love this place. I most definitely will come back. Trust me when I tell u. Me and my unit will stay with the paw wash . ( they offer military discount). And they support the military

The shelters in El Paso often have a lot of stressed and subsequently ill animals who need extra TLC for recovery. The cats at this rescue varied in age and temperament, but overall were well-adjusted and interactive, ate and drank well, were clean and healthy. I spent a lot of time sitting on the floor with them and getting to know the cats & kittens. My living situation as a traveler in a pet-friendly long term stay hotel was best suited for a pair of gregarious, well-adjusted kittens, and I found them! Although the Rescue is strict about adoptions, keeping cats indoors keeps them safer & healthier--ask any veterinarian about that! They partner with Pet Smart in El Paso for their adoptions, and their adoption fees are more than offset by the freebies and discounts, along with including microchipping, spaying/neutering, and full vaccinations. Plus a health guarantee for a couple of weeks. To the folks complaining about the rules, money alone should NEVER be the deciding factor for rescuing an animal, or adopting any living creature or even a human being. Being able to provide a safe and loving home and being responsible for a lifetime of care is the most important point of getting a rescue animal and adoption in general. They have every right to say no. I found the staff kind, courteous, helpful, willing to go out of their way to make the adoption work. As a human health-care professional myself (a physician), I truly appreciated their "kitty-centered" (and "puppy-centered", for that matter, as they have a very active dog portion of their rescue) approach to caring for animals in a rescue.

And the p4ices are just right. Cutting nails is about $10 and a bath and nauls is $29. Of course the larger the dog, the higher the price. This is my go to for getting my puppy's nail cut. I called aroynd the mobile vets and they average $30 or more. I figure I might as well take my puppy for a short drive to get his nails cut. The best part is you can walk in for cutting nails. If you need to get a bath then an appointment is recommended. The store is close Sunday and Monday.
