I kept asking and was assured it would be delivered that same day. At 5 I called to see if I could get an estimated time of arrival because I wanted to go have supper with friends I was told no eta but it would get there. I asked what the latest delivery time was and all they said was until the last delivery. Well I ended up sleeping on the couch because they never showed up. I got a call in the morning telling me they never gave the order to get delivered. I was told it would get done today. No eta. I asked if i still had to pay delivery and Alexis my sales guy said he would get it reduced for the inconvenience. No eta so again I can't plan on going somewhere because I could have to leave in the middle of my plans. Delivery got here at 2 I was charged full price and I just opened the box to the headboard and its the wrong color! Horrible experience horrible customer service. I'm in the process of getting a new dining room set & living room set I would've gone back but I'm definitely staying far away. A good business would've at least delivered for free after they messed up. Instead I got ripped off and the wrong product. Buyer beware and stay away from a company that only wants a quick sale not a loyal happy customer.
