But the reason for not giving them a 5 star is BEWARE if something goes wrong with your Jacuzzi our some of the lights went out and it's really hard to get a hold of anybody so I filled out the form that you're supposed to fill out and got a call two weeks later that they would take care of it. Well it's been a month and a half or two months and we're still waiting, I don't know if they're too busy or they just seem to be giving us excuses so I guess my lights will never be fixed on my Jacuzzi it's very disappointing for this company because we really loved talking to him and buying the Jacuzzi from them so I guess any warranty you have on it just doesn't matter!

They sales person lied when asked if this was a water dig he said no we have other pools in The area no water dig then I get hit with a 10k bill for water and helical piers; then delay after delay we'll beyond contractual completion date. ( 4 months now ) and no communication for a month and now the quotes in getting to complete the work are in excess of the hold back. I paid full prices cause I thought a company that makes good profit is more likely to complete the project vs a discounter who scams. I was wrong. The saddest parts are I don't know if I will be able to finish the pool financially and that they are doing this to more customers than just me. I don't have the energy or stomach for lawsuits and fighting but unfortunately they don't leave me any choice. I won't rollover but I pray that goodness touches these peoples hearts and they do the right thing. Enough things in this life are a battle now just wanting a pool for the kids in the family to grow up with is included. I am at a loss. It was determined that it was probably the falls, so he and another guy came out, dug out the dirt behind the falls area and sealed everything really well. But after meeting Saul and seeing his design and quote, the choice was obvious - Cost Plus Pools, hands down!! He's a one-man show and I'm not sure how he does it. I can't explain it, but you know how you automatically feel comfortable with and trust certain people... That's how I felt with Saul. He understood my vision from the moment he walked into my back yard to give the estimate. After a very thorough presentation of the equipment options and basic knowledge and cost of maintaining a pool, off he went to design my pool. I got the initial design concept and quote that night. Of course I had to add my 2-cents and make some changes... But in the end it was his initial design that won me over and is now my favorite place to escape. Like any construction project, you're going to run into issues. And if it could go wrong, I think it went wrong on my project. I was beginning to think it was cursed Lol. BUT... the difference with Saul and Cost Plus Pools is that he WILL make it RIGHT!!! And he won't bat an eye at it... He just fixes it!!! One thing you'll find with Saul, that you won't find with most builders is that he's with you every step of the way... And not just during the construction phase. He doesn't wash his hands of you once the project is done. I witnessed multiple times during my project where he was still helping and responding to previous clients from years ago. My pool was completed in July 2019 and he is still there whenever I have a question.. No matter how big or small, intelligent or stupid the question... He's always got my back! At the end of it all... I have a new friend and I know that he's that way with most of his clients. Saul is someone you can trust, someone who will shoot you straight...
