I went to the store at 9:30 this morning and was holding the small can of Sherwin Williams paint. The store manager, in a black shirt xame running out of the back office and in a loud voice said where's your mask, you need a mask to be here. It's a private company, si they can set their own rules. Clearly the manager has power issues as the other employee who was working at the counter didnt have a mask on. Overall, unless you want to be treated like garbage don't go here. Poor customer service, employee with a God complex, and employees with any resemblance of integrity don't work here. Vote with your money, don't go here and hopefully this location will go out of business.

I love that they use Sherwin Williams paint and their price for the quality (including warranty) is fair. Painters were efficient and the end result was BEAUTIFUL!! You name it. They use a spray gun to paint the house so the quality is extremely poor. I want everyone to know that the negative reviews are justified and sadly truly represent how horrible Certapro of El Paso is. A final word to the wise. The store is well organized, they have a wide selection of options and it's always very clean. The staff are always super friendly and (almost over) eager to help you the second you get into the store and it's rare that they don't have an insight or helpful tip to assist in selecting the right tool or part for the job at hand. The parking lot is a little tricky at times, but the pros far outweigh the cons for the location and selection available. I personally wish they had more lumber and garden selection, but for such a small store, it's not at all practical or cost effective. At the end of the day, it's not a big deal. The owner is a super neat guy too and it's obvious that he wants this place to succeed as he's very hands on in the store. Also - the Ace Rewards coupons that frequently arrive in the mail are fantastic.

This is the third time that I've been in and seen similar behaviors. At least when masks were required you could take off your mask inside and get some employee attention. Jess was the exception to this trend. She actively sought me out to ask if I needed assistance or was ready to check out and said she would be happy to them me at her register. Quick check out from there. Side note, I choose not use self check out, so hiring staff to stand at self check out is a weird business choice. Especially when they just chat with each other. *shrugs*
