They go above and beyond in their care. One family member had a mouth ache over the weekend and they were willing to see her on Sunday when the office was closed. I've never seen this level of concern for a patient at any practice. Their commitment to patients is beyond transactional. The dentists do not rush and communicate with the patient to ensure all concerns are addressed. I can be grouchy about excess X-rays in general and they are savvy in dealing with my concerns while ensuring I get proper care. The staff communicates fluently in English, Mandarin and Taiwanese. I switched to this practice due to a long distance move and thankfully they have been willing and capable of servicing my dental prosthetics from the previous dentist. Their old office use to be located off of Kissena blvd on 41st St. They have since moved into the Skyview Mall building, wellness center floor. All new equipment and clean.
