Rafael has become super unresponsive, kept scheduling with no shows, and pushing back the repair. Then he just stopped responding altogether. Up to this point the repair still has not been done. ARG Service with Rafael was with an insurance claim. It seems to me like they just don't reply after getting paid. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
